Welcome back, everyone, to another episode of the Detox Experience podcast. I am here today with Cindy Menecker in Palm Beach Springs. Is it Palm Beach Springs, Florida? Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach Gardens. I was close. I was close. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. And your company is Bio2 Energy Zone.
SPEAKER_00Energy Zone, yes.
SPEAKER_01Got it. All right. So we're going to talk about a lot of stuff today. We're going to talk about Zoocharge, of course. We're going to talk about ozone. We're going to talk about microscopy lifeblood analysis through um, through looking at blood through microscope. So lots of good stuff. So thanks for coming on the show. How are you doing?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. I'm doing great. I'm doing great, Jeff.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So all right, let's just start off. When when did you get connected with Zocharge? When did kind of that start? And then we'll just take it from there.
SPEAKER_00Well, actually, I spoke with you a couple years ago. And um I believe I just I found you. I came across because I was researching Zeolites and I called you and we had a great conversation. And I think at that time it was um the Zo um, it wasn't the Zo charge, it was your first name.
SPEAKER_01Okay, Zo Boost, yes.
SPEAKER_00That was a Zo Boost, yes, yes.
SPEAKER_01Yes, that's probably like five years ago.
SPEAKER_00Oh my gosh, wow yeah, time goes fast. So um, so obviously I did not continue at that time. I guess I was doing a lot of other things, but those only things like that. So um yeah, it was just recently uh I got back in touch with you and um I decided to start getting on the zero charge because I had gone through some procedures, um, some dental procedures that I was feeling like was affecting me and making my blood feel thick and sluggish. So um I wanted to detox more.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. Perfect. All right. So I guess maybe we should just start there. Let's talk about the dental stuff. Because I mean, a lot of people are aware that you know some of these dental infections cause issues, but uh tell us a little bit about the dental work. Why were you getting that done? Um, and maybe some of the symptoms that that the that were being caused by the dental infections or whatever was going on.
SPEAKER_00Well, um I actually feel like it's of course it all starts with not being able to absorb minerals, right? That's why our teeth start losing all their calcium and become soft and a little more translucent. And um I had gotten all my root canals. Well, all there were two root canals that I removed them a couple years ago, and um actually in like 2018. So again, more than a couple of years ago. And um, then I uh had problems with my lower molars, and they were just not holding up through bad dental practices over the years. I mean, it has been many years. These are like 30, 40-year-old um pieces of work that had happened on my molars, whether they were fillings or amalgams I had taken out, and then I had the porcelain put back in and they just weren't holding up. And I was starting to get a lot of gum recession, and uh the roots were actually exposed. And by the time I went to um this particular surgeon, he was just amazed that I wasn't in pain. I mean, that's how exposed it was on the bottom. So um, and I had bone loss in my lower jaw. And uh again, that was another onus for me to go on Zoocharge because I knew it was obvious I'm not absorbing the minerals and utilizing them correctly. So uh anyway, I had the um I had the teeth removed on the bottom, where two molars and back on each side. And that was back in August of last year. And then in December, um, I had the pegs put in for um additional teeth to be put back on. And I was having a problem with one out of four of the stems that were put into my bone, and it wasn't growing bone around it, and there was sensitivity, and uh it just I kept going back for checkups, and he was sure that everything was going to be fine, but I wasn't actually seeing the scan. They weren't showing me that it was actually black around the stem. So um I kept trying to give it time and give it time, and um, I do eat a very like holistic diet, and I was mostly on liquids at that time because tune's a little hard when you don't have back holys. So um I had gone back to him and he took another scan. And one of the girls in the office said, Come here, come here, I want to show you something. So she showed me the prior scan, and this was just uh a couple like a month ago. She showed me the prior scan and compared to the present one. And the black that was around that particular stem was gone. It was light gray and there was white bone filling in. So he comes back in the room and he says, What are you doing? And I said, Oh God, I said, I have to tell you about this zoo charge. And he kind of he knows that I go through a lot of things and I'm very holistic in things. And he's always kind of laughing, you know, when I tell him what I do. And um, and he says, Okay, okay, he says, listen, and he gives me a high five. He says, Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. I'll see you in July. He said, and then tell me everything about the details I want to know about this product and I want to know how it works. So I'm looking forward to my July visit. But um, that's the short of it.
SPEAKER_01That's awesome. So and how long was that after? So when was the first scan? You said August. When was the first scan till the to the retest?
SPEAKER_00And like when you oh no, no, the first scan. I go, um, I get a scan just about every time they they see me. And that was just two months prior.
SPEAKER_01Okay, so two months on the Zo charge, that's what made the difference.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01In the scans. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Which I think is a lot really quickly.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, absolutely. So and and in that time, so I mean you saw the results on the on the scan. Did you notice anything physically, like physical symptom?
SPEAKER_00Uh oh, yes, much less sensitivity.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Perfect. And and what kind of uh what dose were you taking?
SPEAKER_00I was still on six.
SPEAKER_01Six.
SPEAKER_00I stayed on six. I started to go down and then I decided to um to stay on six.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. And do you take that? You're still taking six, yeah. What what time do you what time of day do you take it?
SPEAKER_00I take it first thing in the morning.
SPEAKER_01First thing.
SPEAKER_00First thing in the morning, and I drink at least 24 ounces to 32 ounces of water with it. Okay. And um, and it's wonderful. Always, you know, uh Auro water. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And I feel energized and I awaken, I sit in the sun as I'm drinking it. And uh, yeah, it's a perfect way to start the day for sure.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, awesome. All right. So Noah, thanks for sharing that. That's that's awesome. I know the dental stuff can just be so tricky and and expensive and uh time consuming and tedious and annoying.
SPEAKER_00And all of the above for sure.
SPEAKER_01A lot of things, but yeah, important to take care of nonetheless. So, no, that's that's thank you for sharing it. I'm glad that the Cherge helped with that. So let's talk. I know people are going to be interested in kind of the microscopy. So tell people a little bit about, I guess, what that means, like what you do when you're seeing people like with the microscope. What does that look like? What is why would it be like what is a microscopy? What is microscopy? What is live blood analysis?
SPEAKER_00Okay. Well, it's the study of blood under magnification. And um, the the the microscopes are very specialized, they're very sensitive and they're very highly magnifying. And um, there's two ways, two specific ways you can view blood, live and dry. When you do live blood, that's putting a drop of blood on a slide with a cover slip, and you put it under a magnification diode. On a specific field, you're either doing phase field, which allows light through, or dark field. And so there's a black background, and then anything that grabs the light lights up. So you do get a lot of different information from both views, and then it's projected onto a screen. So you're it's like watching TV and your blood is the movie star. So um, and it's really interesting because you know, most people do not know what a red blood cell looks like live, you know, and how it interacts with the white blood cells and what all of them look like and how they move, and um, how our immune system actually cleans up the garbage in our river of life. So um basically you just want to know for your own edification that your river of life is clean and it's not clogged, and your red blood cells are free and flowing, and um, that they have the negative charge they're supposed to, which is why Zocharge is so great because it's so highly negatively charged. And we are, we run on negatively charged electricity. So um it is uh it's also able to show you how your digestion is doing, um, how the gut is as far as your balance of white blood cells, the formation of your red blood cells, the sizes are they too large, are they too small? Are they all the same size? Also the shape of them, what the surface is like. If they're sticky, they'll look like little lemons, like a little pointy end because they pull apart from each other and it stretches the membrane. Uh, when it is a really bad problem that we have too much positive charge in our blood, uh the blood sticks together and it creates rolls that look like quarters. You know how you put them in a packet, that's exactly what it looks like, and it's called rouleau. And if that goes beyond a certain point, it turns more towards um honeycombing, which is like a blood sludge. And uh that's dangerous for clotting and things like that. You know, we certainly don't want that. So keeping in mind that the blood circulates one red blood cell at a time, by the time it gets to a capillary size, if your blood is sticking together and you have cold limbs, cold nose, and fingertips, and you know your blood is thick and it's not getting through to the capillary um connection destination, you know. So that's not something we want to go long in life with. And um, yeah, and then the dried blood sample is while you're looking at your live blood where everything's moving, the um you take about seven, seven dots of blood, and it's a kind of a sequence like unfolding a um or unpeeling an eye an onion, that the first blood will show what's most acute and present, right? Then and there. And as you go back in the blood spots, you'll see chronic conditions that have been over a period of time and why you ended up at the acute stage.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00So um, it's very interesting. You can tell whether your lymphatic system is is um clogged, not moving, uh, inflammation in the body, hormonal imbalance, um, you know, kidney dysfunction, uh, even bone pathologies. You can see arthritic areas, depending on what the colors of the cells are, how the nervous system is. There's a lot of information you can get from looking at the blood. Yeah. So I've done a lot of correlation between people that come in with their lab work, which is all uh quantitative data, and then looking at the pictures and comparing it to that data, and you can see the synchronicity between it. So it's it's very good information.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, that's that's yeah, it's it's really fascinating. It's very interesting. And I mean, I I I did purchase one of the microscopes um a few months ago, but I haven't really I've got someone else doing the training, but I haven't really gotten into it too much. But it is just from what I know, it's very interesting. And it's just kind of amazing what you can all what you can gather from just looking at, you know, taking a couple drops of blood and looking at it with, you know, with the right uh with the right viewpoint and everything. So that's how long have you been doing this, the lifeblood analysis and the drop?
SPEAKER_00Uh well, I certified it with a couple of different um companies. And I started in 2017, 2016, that's uh they're coming up on 10 years.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's that's that's that's pretty cool. So all right. So any just on that, are there any super interesting insights you'd like to share just in general about lifeblood analysis, like trends you see, or yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yes, definitely. Um, well, actually, I I think the most easily identifiable thing is plastics in the blood, uh, hydrogel, that kind of thing, formations of translucent ribbons. And, you know, it's very hard if you're not a scientist and you're not staining and you're not doing certain things to um create a DNA read, you know, um, then I I can't say a hundred percent sure what something is. You can go by pictures and other analogies that have been done by scientists, like um Anna Mahalcia, Dr. Mahalsia, she's written a couple of books and done years and of studies on what's going on in the blood with um things that have been injected and um prescription drugs and even certain types of foods like animal meats and things, because there's all sorts of toxins in the rain, and of course, our fertilizers and that kind of thing. But um, it all makes it back to us. So um it's important that we keep on a like prophylactic kind of lifestyle to keep our body releasing these toxins. I mean, we really we can't avoid them at this point because they're in everything, but we can keep cleaning out our body and at least keep ourselves in a balanced enough state that we don't have pathologies and become in dis-ease.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. Have you noticed, and I don't know, have you used the zoo charge with any clients? And if so, have you noticed, or just for yourself, have you noticed like a difference between what you were just mentioning, like with the microplastic structures and things and the effect of the zoocharge um on those things?
SPEAKER_00Uh actually with my clients, I I wanted to go through a certain amount first before I start educating others on it, which I do with everything that I do. And um, but I do have about half a dozen people lined up saying, when's it coming? When's it coming? Because I do have a big shipment coming today, actually.
SPEAKER_01Okay, perfect.
SPEAKER_00Um and um, and as far as my blood goes, actually, in combination with the ozone and the ZO charge, I don't see any kind of um hydrogel or plastic ribbons, which I did before. Yeah, which is really wonderful. And another thing is essential oils that helps as well too. Okay, that will dissolve the terpenes in um certain oils will dissolve plastics.
SPEAKER_01Okay, interesting. So we're gonna talk about all of that first. Well, I guess just talk about that. You said the terpens. So I know a lot of people, um, we've probably never talked about on the podcast, but there's a number of people who, you know, take you know, pure gum spirits of turpentine. So do you have any experience with that? Or we don't even have to talk about that if that's not something we should talk about on the podcast.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I um no, I have had um patients where I was in an integrated medical office for a few years and doing the microscopy and doing transdermal ozone. Um, and I've had Lyme patients tell me that they've tried turpentine, and that's very harsh on the body. So I, you know, that's not something that I've done personally, but I know other people have, and not really to great results.
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay. Yeah, I just thought I'd ask because you mentioned the terpenes and the uh and the essential oils. But so that you're saying the terpene or terpenes, turpenes, and terpenes, yes, terpenes. And the essential oils, those are you saying those are dissolving the microplastics?
SPEAKER_00Yes, they will actually. If you put, say, a lemon essential oil, which you know is very, very concentrated, one drop is like 32 teaspoons of the juice.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, if you put that in a in a veggie cap, it will dissolve within a minute. So if you're going to swallow it with a cap, then you have to go pretty quick. Just get it down to the tummy, not burn the throat.
SPEAKER_01Okay, so essential oils, and then okay, let's move into uh we're gonna talk about ozone, because we know I know you do ozone, and that's really interesting. We haven't really covered that too much on this podcast. But before that, there's so it's kind of interesting with the microscopy crowd because they're uh initially there's I don't know, so I there's a few uh uh other microscopists that that are using Zocharge and they're seeing really good results with their blood as well. But there's kind of this um I'll call it a a myth going around being spread by a few people that if you take you know zeolite, it's gonna result in like self-assembly of nanotech in the body. So it's I know it's it sounds crazy, but that's there's a number of people reaching out to me, and I've talked to a number of doc doctors about it. No one's been able to provide any sort of proof or evidence at all. But it's just kind of this it's this weird thing where they're saying essentially that silica is causing self-assembly of nanotech, and since CO charge is partially made of silica, you should avoid it. It's they're really stretching the this stuff out, but um have you seen anything like where silica is you know messing up the blood, basically?
SPEAKER_00No. Okay, I have not.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. No, me, me, me neither. And the other practitioners who are utilizing or microscopy also have not, and they're seeing improvement in bloods from the CO charge. I just want, yeah, it's it's interesting because there's there's some people that are just promoting some very interesting, um, interesting concepts out there. So just show, you know, it's a lot of information on the internet, and uh most of it's probably not not correct.
SPEAKER_00It could be coming from anywhere, you know. So yeah, yeah, I would take it lightly.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, okay. Just curious on that. All right, so let's get into ozone. Um, I guess just start with the basics. What is ozone? How is it? Um, what are the applications for human health?
SPEAKER_00Okay. Well, ozone unfortunately is very misunderstood still, although it's getting better, right? More people are getting are feeling um uh more educated on it. Um, the first reaction is people think it's very toxic and caustic. Well, it is a very powerful gas. However, used correctly in a medicinal manner, um, it's extremely effective for all types of um bacteria. Um uh parasites and fungus and yeast. And um the you know, viral loads, well, that's that's something that would be um affected by increasing the oxygen in the environment. Um and the oxygen itself, it's a it's O3 instead of O2. We know O1 is peroxide, O2 is oxygen, O3 is ozone. So O3 is both peroxide and oxygen together, which is why it's such a super oxygen. So once it goes into the body, you know, electrons want to be in pairs, right? So O3 has a third electron, which leaves it like a radical, a free radical electron that wants to be paired. Free radicals that are in our body are have an uneven amount of electrons. That's why they're radical and they're caustic and they're oxidative. So what the ozone does is it splits, and that one electron runs off and pairs with a free radical and it oxidates that. So um it will reduce reactive species in the body that are causing harm to our regular cells and tissue. The oxygen, the O2, stays intact, and that boosts the immune system. It boosts all living tissue in the body because everything in us, we live on oxygen, right? We're oxygen-breathing machines. So uh that's very important and creates better health with tissue, uh, circulation, uh, dilation, and um, it's like scrubbing bubbles for your blood.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so so question on that. So you mentioned kind of the balance with the free radicals and and um so we generally we think of like oxidative stress and free radicals, and then we think of antioxidants that donate the electrons, scavenge them, neutralize them. But you're saying is ozone, even though it's oxid, it's it is an oxygen, but I mean it's O3, it still acts as an antioxidant as it's kind of neutralizing some of the free radicals.
SPEAKER_00Exactly, with the O1, yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. So it's kind of interesting. So it's like the opposite of an antioxidant, but it's an antioxidant, like it's the same effect. Right, right, exactly. Okay, okay, because a lot of people have asked me that over the years. Like they're like, well, if I'm trying to combat oxidative stress, then why would I do an oxygen therapy?
SPEAKER_00Right, yeah. No, it's um it's the form of oxygen, number one. Like we just said, the O1, O2, O3. And also it's also the amount. And also the health of your liver and your kidneys. You know, you can have too much oxidative stress if you are not in a um a more balanced way yourself. You have to take care of your uh your liver, make sure it's generating glutathione and your kidneys are filtering well. So you have to be careful. Everything is a balance always. And it's not all one for everyone, ever.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Is there, is there, are there kind of things that might counteract some of the benefits of ozone? Like if you if you were to take an antioxidant, like a high dose vitamin C at the same time as ozone, would that, would there be interference there?
SPEAKER_00I know, actually, after um, after an ozone therapy, you can do a a mid-level of vitamin C, a therapeutic level that um that will continue to clean up anything that needs to be um broken down in the body.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah interesting.
SPEAKER_01All right. So for the ozone, like what you're using, what is what is the uh delivery system? I know there's you know, there's erectal insulation, there's the blood, there's you know, there's like the breathing stuff, which is a little bit different. Don't just breathe it, but there's there's ways to breathe it. Yes. So tell us about the different ways ozone water, what are the different ways to get ozone in the body and what is your preferred method?
SPEAKER_00Okay, yeah, there are many ways, that's for sure. Okay, so going with the blood first, there's um a procedure called an AH, which is major auto hemo. Auto means your own blood. So that's taken out through an IV and it's um collected in a bottle, uh, about 220 cc's, and then ozone is injected into the blood, it turns bright cherry red, and then that's returned back into the body. Okay. Um, there is they can do you can do a minor autohemo as well. It's just ozonating less blood. And um that's done several times, you know, it would be uh depending on what you're treating, how many times it would be for the protocol, up to 10 times over time. And um, then there is another blood um type of access that's called eBU and EBU two or eBU three. Um, it's very advanced, it's like you know what a dialysis is, right? Okay, dialysis used with an aphoresis machine. So it's a closed system loop. And um you can do that with ozone, that the ozone is collected from the blood is collected from one arm, it's run through an apparatus and it's ozonated, and it's also treated with light therapy from UV to red, blue, green, all spectrum, and then returned back to the body on the other side. Now, there's also a filtration system that you'll actually see um things that the peroxide have um have dealt with, bacterial things. And you know how when you put peroxide on something and it bubbles up, you'll actually see the foam in the canister. And then there's also um things that create inflammation, proteins, inflammatory proteins, and that collects that looks like a um like a kind of a buffy coat in the bottom underneath the foam. And um, it's a a yellowish kind of liquid. And uh that's very anti-inflammatory. So you're going through about three to three and a half quarts of blood that way, though. And it's much longer process than the MAH, but very effective. Very effective. And um, then you can do transdermal ozone, which is through the skin, and that's a hard shell um sauna that closes and your head is out. So you're not breathing in the ozone, but you are breathing regular oxygen, right, through a canister, cannula. And um, the ozone machine that I have, I have a hocket, and that's the high-end um type of transdermal ozone therapy that um also has carbonic acid in the first few minutes to create dilation through the skin. So you exponentially take in the ozone. And um there's heat control, and there's um it's about a 35 gamma, which is the type of strength that the ozone is being applied into the um into the sauna. And that's a certain amount of percentage of time when I start people in the sauna. I start with a 50% out of a half hour of time of ozone going into the sauna. So it's not too overwhelming. And then you build up your tolerance and um to the ozone. So uh, and that's like a 10-session protocol to raise your level of health from any level that you're at. And then there's insufflations that's um auricular, which is ear, rectal, and vaginal. And um, that's done with the cannula as well. Um that's it's a quicker procedure. It's um you just you're very careful with the amount of ozone you use, it doesn't take a long time. Um, very effective for any kind of um uterol problems, um, rectal problems, uh, liver, because it goes, you know, in the rectum goes straight to the liver. So um that's also very effective. There's limb bagging. So if you have strained muscles or tendons or a break in the bone, I can um I use a uh an ozone plastic bag that um you put the um the ozone into by a tube and a little water because you always want to use a moisture with ozone because it's very drying. And um it really exponentially heals broken bones and um injured uh tissue really well, as well as any uh wounds that won't heal. Um, cupping as well, that's with a glass cup that has a um a tube from an ozone generator goes through the cup and it will uh just cover a um a wound so you can spot treat. So you don't have to go through a whole whole body treatment. And um yeah, then you can nebulize ozone through olive oil, and that changes the um the structure of the molecule so that it is not caustic to the lungs, and then it's very therapeutic. And you can also ozonate water, which has to be done uh with very, very cold um zero TDS water, either RO or distilled, and um it's nebulized through the water from an ozone generator, and it takes about 20 minutes. And once the water molecules are full and they can carry as much as they carry, it's done. It's not going to get more ozonated. It has to be done at a very high concentration and a very low speed of ozone. And when you drink that, it ozonates your whole gut. It's wonderful for the immune system, any kind of bad um microbiome bacteria. Very therapeutic.
SPEAKER_01Well, that was very informational. So that thank you for that. That was great. So lots, lots of ways to get the ozone in your body. Do you have, do you think um some of the ways are just way more powerful than others, or it's just kind of what people have access to? What are your what are your favorite ways out of what you mentioned?
SPEAKER_00Well, um, my favorite ways are in the blood and uh through the skin, because our lymph system, uh most people's lymph system aren't isn't um working well for them and doing the work it needs to. So um, yeah, those those two are my favorite.
SPEAKER_01Okay. And when you said on the back to the skin, was that was that through oil, ozonated oils? No, that's the sauna. That's the oh the sauna, that's right. The hocket. The hocket.
SPEAKER_00Now there are ozonated oils as well, yes.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00And they're very effective, very effective as well. And also in uh in the mouth, it's great to do ozonated oil pulling when you brush your teeth. I mean, it you can really apply ozone um in many ways to keep health.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, uh well. So what are so what are the implications for for like the the microbiome in the gut? So it's I know it's you know it's through oxygenization, it's definitely going to help reduce that environment for certain pathogenic microbes to thrive, but is it going to have a negative impact on um beneficial microbes as well? Or is that dose-dependent? Or how does uh let's talk about that a little?
SPEAKER_00Okay. Um, are you saying that would ozone harm the good bacteria?
SPEAKER_01Yes, correct.
SPEAKER_00No, no, simply put, no, it will um it will actually support them. And again, because that um that charge, that extra electron disconnects from the O2, uh, that will go after the the radical, the free radical um biome. So um and also the the negative bacteria are anaerobic like for the most part. And uh once oxygenation goes into the gut, they can't stand it. They don't want they want to leave the party, you know, they don't want to be there anymore, it's not their environment. So um, it's very effective that way too.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. No, very interesting. So yeah, I know a lot of um so for the type of people like who who would be the ideal candidate for ozone therapy? Like what who sees the biggest uh the biggest impact or makes the most progress quickly with ozone therapies?
SPEAKER_00Hmm. Well, athletes are yeah, they they love it. They'll definitely feel benefits very quickly because they're already on a very um active oxygen using cycle and Krebs cycle. Because don't forget, another another little tidbit on ozone is that it does increase your Krebs cycle. It creates uh more ATP, um, it helps the mitochondria become more efficient. So you're gonna get a lot more energy. So yeah, athletes love it. Um, and anybody from actually from cancer to an athlete can have applications specifically designed for where they're at in their level of health that is going to be therapeutic and effective.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And it's and you know, there's people that have um that have been on chemo that choose to do chemo. Uh, when they do ozone along with chemo, it actually not only augments, you need less chemo, it augments the effects and it supports the living cells of the body that we need that we know uh just like antibiotics, it's not discriminatory. It'll just go and kill everything. So we need that help to keep our good stuff alive and going so we can survive that environment.
SPEAKER_01And is this something that people do generally like as a 10 part? Like you mentioned the hocket, you know, it's like a 10, 10 treatment, 10 sessions. Is that once per week? Is that 10 days in a row? What is kind of ideal?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, not 10 days in a row, I wouldn't recommend that, but um, because it is a lot, you know, your body, it's an accumulative effect, number one. Uh number two, everybody's at a different stage. So if you have um if you have like a sluggish lymph system and you're not a workout person, you don't normally move a lot and get a lot of oxygen in your body, it's if you have to build up slowly. So I would give it, um, especially if they're not symptomatic, you know, after the ozone, like way too tired, and then the next day they feel better, or if there's any kind of rashing on the skin, because that would be the lymph pushing out toxins, and you're that means you're not um your liver and your kidneys aren't doing the filtering they need to do either. So um, yeah, you would go it's I would stretch it out a couple weeks. So what twice a month?
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, good to know, good to know. All right. Well, this is great. All right, so this was very informational. We talked about uh dental work, we talked about microscopy, we talked about zoarge, we talked about ozone. Anything else you want to talk about?
SPEAKER_00Well, um, well, one thing I do want to say is after I did an eboo session yesterday. And um I felt like after, and I sent you the canister, after all that was taken out, um the zero charge was I didn't take it in the morning before I had the eboo session. I took it in the afternoon afterwards to then continue to clean up anything that's been kind of um shaken up, you know, and roaming around. And uh I could feel I felt super charged throughout the whole day. And my workouts were amazing. So yeah, it was it was good. I think it definitely works works well together.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, there's there's a clinic who who a pretty pretty large, one of the largest um clinics in the country, natural clinics, and they use they do a lot of eboo and they put they put the uh they give people Zo charge afterwards, just like you just described. So that's what they're using as well, and they're finding good results with the eboo and then the Zo charge after.
SPEAKER_00Well, that's exactly what I was talking with. Um Eboo too in West Palm. The um the people there, uh he wanted to know more about Zocharge. And I said, Well, I'll absolutely introduce him to you, but I'm going to bring them some next week. Yeah, when I go, and I'm gonna tell them this is something that everybody that goes through this needs to then be on after. So they're very excited. He wants to know much more about it.
SPEAKER_01So perfect, perfect. Well, awesome. Well, this was this was super great. So if anyone is West no Palm Beach Gardens, is it West West Palm Beach Gardens or just Palm Beach Gardens?
SPEAKER_00Well, there is West Palm Beach. There's Palm Beach Gardens, there's North Palm Beach, and there's Palm Beach.
SPEAKER_01All right you're in Palm, just Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach Gardens, right? All right, and then that's Florida. People know they know. Okay. So Florida, if someone's in that area or if they want to visit you, uh how do they get a hold of you? And like what is it? What is it like? What is your do you have a protocol or are you just offering kind of a la carte services? Tell us about the business a little bit.
SPEAKER_00Oh, okay. Well, usually when um people come to me, I had I have the blood lab, right? I do have the ozone room where I do all therapies except for major autohema and that kind of thing. And then I have a Pilates studio as well. So I am very versed in biomechanics. I do certain techniques um to increase range of motion in joints through neurological stimulation and um muscle neural response testing. So there's that whole body system work, as well as that's on the outside. And on the inside, then is the ozone therapy, the microscopy, and uh food healing. And you know, I definitely follow and subscribe to uh eating for your blood type.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00I've seen huge differences with that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. Perfect. All right, so this is Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and then Bio to Energy Zone is the name of the business. So they can just they can just they can probably email you as you said.
SPEAKER_00Email me or call me. You'll you'll put my number on a call or text.
SPEAKER_01Okay, I'll put your email and your phone number in the show notes so then if anyone's interested, they can uh check those out and then then contact you and yeah, to connect.
SPEAKER_00Yes, that would be great. So I'd love to talk with anyone.
SPEAKER_01Well, thank you. This was this was fantastic. Very, very good information. I learned a lot myself personally. I was asking a lot of questions because mostly for myself, and then hopefully other people enjoyed it too. I know they will. That's that's some really good information. Great, so I really appreciate it, and I'm glad the Zoo Charge is helping out as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um, I'm always happy to share because I think it's really exciting. Any way we can self-help care, I am 110% for it. So we need to rely on ourselves and each other.
SPEAKER_01100%.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, thank you so much for your time today.
SPEAKER_00Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful product, Jeff. Really, it is stellar.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. Well, I'm I'm glad, I'm just glad it's helping people.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, me too. Me too. Thank you so much.
