Welcome back to another episode of the Detox Experience Podcast. I'm Jeff Hoyt, your host, and I am joined today by Melinda Liu from HealthScan Thermography.com. Oh, this was take two. I messed it up the first time. Health scan thermography.com. Thanks for joining us today, Melinda. How are you doing?
SPEAKER_01Thank you for having me. I'm doing great.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. So this is going to be fun. We haven't talked about thermography on the podcast really. So I know that's kind of your area with your practice. We're going to get into it, kind of, you know, what it is, why someone might potentially be interested in a therm uh in a scan to kind of see what's going on in their body. And then also we can talk about some of the results that we've seen with, you know, the Zoomat, the Zo Rep, and some of the other technology, because you um you have helped out with kind of identifying, you know, what works via the thermography. So super excited about it all. Uh, thanks for joining. We've talked on maybe just email. I don't even know if we've talked on the phone. I've talked to Scott, but I think this is a first time face-to-face. So so nice to see you. And and I think it's going to be a great conversation. I know I'm excited.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, same.
SPEAKER_00All right. So let's just start with a little bit of your backstory, kind of, you know, your journey into health and wellness. Um, why don't you just tell us, tell the audience a little bit about yourself and how you uh got to where you're at today?
SPEAKER_01Sure. Well, like many holistic practitioners, I was a client at first. And just a quick overview of my childhood. I grew up in the 80s and 90s, and my parents fed me lots of processed food and junk food and candy and soda, and I had lots of antibiotics when I was sick, and we went to the doctor. Um, thank goodness I didn't have too many jabs actually, because I was born in 81 and the schedule wasn't too crazy at that point, but still the diet and the antibiotics alone basically destroyed my gut health. And so I had always struggled as a child. I would get sick with colds and sinus infections and, you know, sore throats, and then I had uh chronic constipation and urinary bladder infections just sort of throughout my childhood. And then it kind of escalated to a point when I was 19 where I had pretty severe leaky gut and raging candida overgrowth. And again, more urinary tract infections, which when you go to the doctor, they just give you antibiotics again. And so I had reached this sort of breaking point, I suppose, like most of us do, where we have to try something else besides, you know, mainstream medicine. And so I ended up, you know, going into holistic health and learning what really is helpful for the body to heal. And it was just exactly what I wanted because it gave me real answers and helped me understand root cause and just how physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health all relates to each other. And so I went on this journey of healing myself and I did. I was young enough, thank goodness, in my you know, early 20s, that as soon as I started to make the right changes, my body responded. And so I actually enjoyed really wonderful health throughout most of my 20s and 30s, and I became a massage therapist, a health coach, and now I'm a medical thermographer. Um, so that's kind of the short version of the story. But I really love holistic health, and I just feel like we all should be empowered with the knowledge to be able to help ourselves and others.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. No, that's awesome. Well, thank you so much for sharing that. And um, like you said, you know, that's a good way to put it. You started as a client and then you kind of, you know, uh, you know, turned into a practitioner. That's that's the way it happened for a lot of people. So that's that's awesome. So let's just get right into the thermography aspect of it. Cause I know people are if people are are not familiar with it, they're curious. So, what is thermography? And like you said, you're you know medical thermographist or you have a medical thermography practice. What does that mean?
SPEAKER_01Sure. So medical thermography is infrared imaging. So it's an FDA-approved medical device that's essentially a camera that looks at the temperature differentials on the skin. So when we talk about medical thermography, we're talking about health, but thermography is actually an industry that, you know, they use it in the military to find warm bodies at night in the trenches and the bushes, and people who hunt would use a thermography camera to find animals in the woods at night. So it detects heat. And when we use it for human purposes, we can look at the body and see where is the blood flowing. So if the blood is flowing to an area, it will be warmer. And when the body's trying to heal something, it will send blood there. Usually, if something is inflamed and it can be acute or chronic inflammation. So we do see inflammation patterns wherever the body is trying to heal something. Um, we can actually see cold patterns sometimes if the blood is going deeper into the body, away from the surface of the skin, like maybe towards the heart or the lungs or the small intestine, wherever the organs are a little deeper in the body, then we can see that the blood is moving away from the skin, deeper into the organs, and that would put out a cold spot on the skin. So we're kind of looking for abnormal hot spots and cold spots to know what is the blood doing in the body, where is it trying to heal something, and then that gives us a clue because oftentimes people have silent inflammation that they're not aware of. Um, and sometimes if they already know they have an area of concern, then it's just validating to see on an image, okay, I already knew my right shoulder was bothering me. Yes, it looks very inflamed. Okay, there's your validation. So it's just another way of looking at the body, a different perspective that shows us um these abnormal warm spots or cold spots and gives you kind of a clue of what area you need to focus on for healing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Oh, it's perfect. Yeah, that I think my first, not my personal instruction, but the first time I had heard about thermography, you know, years ago was with uh women that were getting uh going in for thermography and that were opting out of like mammograms or or is a first line defense again, you know, before them. So kind of can you speak to like some of the my main applications of thermography? Like is it is it a full body scan? Is it you know just spot application? Like what are people going to going to get checked out?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Well, I will say breast thermography has been highly popularized, and a lot of people do first know it for breast imaging. And that's because there have been a lot of studies around breast thermography. And yes, there is a huge movement of women right now who are opting out of mammogram. It's it's a huge walkaway movement, actually, and you know, because there's harmful risks involved. So when women are opting out of that, then they're asking, well, what can I do? And then they find usually breast thermography and breast ultrasound as a way to safely look at their breast health. And they're two different things. So thermography is again only really looking at inflammation patterns, where is the blood flowing? So we're looking at physiological activity. We're not necessarily looking at a structure like an ultrasound or a mammogram, it's looking for cysts, tumors, lumps, bumps, you know, an abnormal structure of some kind. So we actually really like to first look at is there inflammation there? Is it abnormally warm? Like the breasts are actually supposed to be colder because they're further away from the core and there really shouldn't be any warm spots unless the woman is actively breastfeeding, then it looks really red and then you know, like lots of blood flow. But otherwise, there shouldn't be abnormal warm spots. If we do see an abnormal warm spot on the thermography, then you can progress to a breast ultrasound and let's see if there's a structure underneath that warm spot. Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't. And if there isn't, then we have just the earliest sign of an imbalance, which is the best time to catch something. Usually it's lymphatic congestion. Um, but you know, if you have an abnormal thermography and ultrasound, then you can progress to something like ARIA tear testing, A-U-R-I-A. You can swab your tears for certain proteins. They are doing that as a breast cancer screening now that's non-invasive. QT imaging is something that is, you know, now rolling out through the country. No compression, no radiation. So you can progress to more thorough imaging if you need to, but it's just a great place to start with um thermography. And because we aren't just a pair of breasts, right? We have a whole entire body. We really like to look at more body parts besides just the breast. So for women, I actually really try to encourage them to do half-body or full body, especially initially. Let's let's just get a good overall look of your whole body. And especially because there have been some reports from various biological dentists and holistic doctors saying that if someone has an infected root canal and now that infection is starting to spread through the body, you can actually see on the images a red amount of inflammation by the root canal, then it goes through the lymph and the neck, and then it'll make that whole breast on that same side warmer. And some women have said that my breast cancer was caused by an infected root canal. Well, the only way that you would even have that ability to see something like that would be on a thermal image where we can see that direct correlation of inflammation from dental, even thyroid, and into the breast. Most breast imaging is only going to look at the breast isolated all by itself, separate from the rest of the body. So again, we're a whole body and we really want to see what are these patterns, what is happening with the relationships between different body parts. And, you know, we can see sinus infections, um, we can see thyroid, we can see gut inflammation, liver inflammation, spinal imbalances, musculoskeletal imbalances, varicose veins. So there's all kinds of stuff we can see throughout the body beyond just breast imaging.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00No, that's fan. That's some great information. I yeah, I think the full body, the full body is definitely, or at least the half or the full body is probably the way to go because it's everything's connected. I mean, if if there's if there's a serious issue in the breast or anywhere else in the body, body, there's could probably be issues elsewhere, right? Because if one thing's affected, other things are affected, et cetera. I like how you mentioned the dental infection, uh, root canal connection as well, because I've I've gotten pretty deep into that. Um I'm I'm big into um you know taking care of the teeth and you know, potentially removing, you know, root infected root canal, or I guess some people would argue that all root canals are inherently infected. Um, but you know, root canal, the the the impact, the negative health impacts of problems in the mouth, whether that is, you know, like cavitations or you know, just from like old wisdom teeth being pulled or root canal treated teeth, whatever it is, can just be so profound because the teeth are connected to the rest of the body systems. And you know, I've heard multiple like big name doctors with like you know natural cancer clinics talking about the connection between the teeth and then uh you know various forms of cancer. Like I think one of them was saying 90% of the breast cancer he saw was actually directly correlated to an infection in the mouth, right? So, and and I like what you're saying with the therm thermography, because I think what you were saying was basically you can kind of see like the line, like you can see like map it out, like the the heat signature or the blood flow from like the teeth and you know through the veins into the breast. So you can kind of see that, which I think that's fantastic. That's incredible.
SPEAKER_01I know when I first got into it, I was like, what am I gonna see on people? You know, but I really have seen that exact image, you know, where the breast is starting to get warmer on the same side with the root canal. And you know, I have to ask health history like, do you have a history of dental problems? And a lot of people say no. And then the next question I ask is, Do you have any root canals? And then they say yes. A lot of people have them and they don't think of it as a dental problem. And so I guess I'm yeah, here for more public service awareness that we've got to watch those. I mean, you can have them for a while and have no problems and no infection, but I I personally believe it is just a matter of when it's going to get infected and start to cause a systemic issue. So yeah, we we can see it on an image though.
SPEAKER_00That's interesting. Yeah, so I my front tooth, one of my front, one of my two front teeth, one of them was um a root canal-treated tooth because I had, you know, playing basketball in high school and kind of got like headbutted and it killed slowly killed the tooth. So I ended up, you know, getting a root canal back in high school. And probably five or six years ago, I ended up um going and having the tooth pulled. So I went to a biological dentist in Costa Rica, got the tooth pulled, um, you know, got the paradental ligament, all this, you know, all the stuff you're supposed to do with with the removal, I think. Um, you know, put the zirconia implant in, all that, the whole process, right? But I was, I was I, you know, it's there's that saying it's like pulling teeth where it's like no one wants to get it done. I was probably the happiest person ever to get the tooth pulled. I I was so excited to get it out because I'm like, my my my thought was no matter how many issues it's causing now, like I want this out for the future. Like I'd rather just get it done with now. That was my viewpoint on it, because I went to a couple of biological dentists, one in the States, and you know, he's like, Well, the 3D cone beam scan really didn't show infection. So, you know, we don't we can't really recommend it. And I was like, Well, I'm gonna go ahead and get it out anyway. So I go to Costa Rica, he does a 3D cone bean scan, and it's like, well, once again, like we he also couldn't really see infection, but I got it, I did feel much better. Like, I was even having purging events the night after I got it removed, like the night of getting it removed, like vomiting and stuff. So there was all sorts of interesting stuff going on. But yeah, I felt I felt like it was um uh uh definitely a step in the right direction for me, for my health, and uh getting it out. So you know that's my story with uh with the dental stuff. But wow, yeah, yeah, interesting, interesting stuff. All right, so for the thermography, I had a question. I was just thinking back to kind of like blood tests. So, like on a traditional blood test, when someone is first kind of getting sick or has a you know overactive immune system, let's say there's some sort of toxicity the body's dealing with, you see an increase in a lot of uh the body's response. So you see increased white blood cells like on a lab test. And this could be sustained for months or even years, and then eventually in a more of a chronic case, you start seeing lower levels. So you see like you know, suppressed levels of white blood cells, et cetera, because the body just can't keep up, type of thing. With the thermography, is there kind of a um a comparison there where maybe you see an increased heat signature, like more of like the red on the thermograph, and then it turns more cooler later, like where the body can't keep is is there is there anything there? Or I'm just grasping at something that doesn't exist.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I guess what you're saying kind of reminds me of like an autoimmune response. Is that right? Where like the immune system is so overloaded and then it's like basically not functioning very well. Um, we can see an autoimmune or early signs of autoimmune. There's a blue spot around C7 on the back of the neck, and that we call that the autoimmune spot when there's early signs of the immune system not functioning as well as it could be. And also um, when people have low thyroid, there's like a blue spot in the front of the neck, and they either already have Hashimoto's or they're sort of on track. There maybe these early signs of low thyroid or low autoimmune. Um, so that's maybe one answer to that. Um, in terms of like a systemic inflammation, like if someone has like an underlying maybe infection or like uh underlying Epstein bar or Lyme disease or something like that, um, there's something called a mottling pattern. And this I call them stress polka dots because it looks like little red polka dots all over their body, and it's kind of more general all over, not in a specific body part. Um, so those are called motling patterns. It can be high cortisol, it can be actually um toxicity in the body that the lymph is not moving. So it can be overload of toxins, overload of high cortisol. It can be um, yeah, they're fighting like Lyme disease or mold illness or something like that. And so that's what that pattern presents like.
SPEAKER_00Okay. So I think so I what what I'm kind of hearing with thermography is it's it's a really good kind of baseline test to see that, see if there is you know some sort of dysfunction. And then you can investigate further with advanced, you know, symptoms, questionnaires, lifestyle stuff, and then additional testing to kind of pinpoint maybe more of the what's actually going on. But it's a good baseline marker and progress tracker as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I sometimes call it the scan before the scan because we'll look at thermography and then so let's say we see something around the mouth, then we would direct them to a cone beam scan. Um, or if we saw something with a thyroid, then we could direct them to like a thyroid panel, you know, blood work. Uh so it it kind of gives you an overall look, like you just said. And then if we see an area of concern, then you can go do a deeper dive or a deeper scan.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And so, and and this is probably important for people. Like when you see people, even though it's medical thermography, you're not like you can't diagnose anyone with anything based on a thermogram. You're just getting clues.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's I tell people um on a scale of we're in perfect health and homeostasis over here and we're about to die over here. You know, it first starts moving as a frequency. Uh, it's energy imbalances, frequency imbalances, it's emotional. And then as that becomes more physically manifested as an imbalance, it's inflammation in the body. And that can be mild, moderate, or severe. And if it's chronic and severe inflammation for a while, then it becomes an actual disease process, stage one, stage two, stage three, stage four. So most diagnostic testing is only looking where there's something to diagnose in that disease stage process. There's not a lot looking at the early inflammation stage, and there's even less looking at the early energetic imbalances. So thermography is where it really shines in the middle there. We want to do preventative imaging before there's something to diagnose. Um, and that way you have the greatest chance at reversing an imbalance before you ever get to a place where you're diagnosed with something.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's a great explanation. So those good stuff. And at the end, if anyone's interested in getting a um is a thermogram. Is that is that proper? Okay, a thermogram. Then at the end, we're gonna talk about you know, where you can go and see Melinda in in uh Franklin, Tennessee to get that done. We'll include a little link in the show notes as well. So stay tuned for that, everybody. What I like, one of the I really like non-invasive tests as well. I mean, of course, some tests like blood tests, like it's it's gonna be invasive, like you have to give some blood. But I really like the thing, like the ones that you can you can go in, you can get the result, you see the results instantly. Sometimes you can do the consultation kind of the same day. Like, I think I think there's value in that as well. So just personally, I like that kind of stuff. I've been getting into a little bit of like live blood microscopy as well. So just um, so we actually we purchased uh a microscope, like at one of those fancy ones from South Africa, the neogenesis, just to kind of you know see what we there is to see. But um, I've got someone else doing the training because it's actually quite complex, but it's kind of amazing, kind of like what you're saying with the with the thermograph. It's like thermogram, it there's so much you can see, even like that that point on the back with like the autoimmune, it's like it's really amazing to the trained eye what can be seen in these things. And in the blood, it's like wow, it's amazing what you can see. So I like things that it's just like you get it right away, and then you can take that, and then you have these data sets, and you can correlate it with symptoms, you can correlate it with some of the more traditional lab work, etc. So, anyway, um so let's talk about so well, first off, kind of how we got connected. So I wait, so I just a few months ago I released some of the new technology for Zeolite Labs because up to that point we were we were just selling Zeo Charge, right? And the entire reason I called the company Zeolite Labs actually is because I'm prone to like if I'm gonna launch one product, I'm gonna just have like 50 products like two months later. So it's just my personality type. I really like developing things. So I named it Zeolite Labs because I'm like, I want to really focus on Zeolite, like this is the signature product. And I did that for a number of years, and I'm like, all right, now it's time to kind of expand a little bit. So let's put some new stuff. So I was getting into all this technology and I was like, you know, I can't just can't just, you know, I knew it worked, like a lot of this stuff, because I'd used it, you know, and everything, but I wanted to, you know, kind of prove it because that's kind of our thing. Like we did the case studies program with Zeolite with the illegal scan, which I know you utilize as well. Um but but then I was like, I'm looking for thermography because I thought that was going to be a good way to determine like the effectiveness of some of the stuff. So I reached out to a medical thermography company that sells the equipment to practitioners, and I was like, okay, maybe I'll just get my own setup. And then you know, I'm talking and I'm like, yeah, maybe not. This is like, first of all, it's really expensive, and it's like, you know, the training, and it's like, do I really want to deal with it? Plus, it's better to have third party results anyway. So then that's how I got connected uh with you and Scott, is because um basically the recommendation was well, why don't you? You just hire these people to do some thermography for you, testing your products, and you know, because they already know what they're doing and they've got the equipment, and then I don't have to do it. So I'm like, great. So that's how we got connected. So you know, I sent you a number of the items, and um, yeah, you've done a great job with some of the images. Some of those have been up on on uh put up on Instagram and the website. Some of the things are still in testing and haven't been uh haven't been launched yet. But yeah, tell us a little bit about kind of the experience with some of the products and like how that process has worked so far.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, first of all, that was so fun for us because well, we love frequency healing and we love quantum healing and just we're really into products and things that can, you know, enhance our life and our healing. So it was like, you know, kids in a candy store when you sent us all the products to test. Um, so we really had a good time actually. And it's interesting because we were looking at, you know, are there any changes in terms of like reduced inflammation patterns or is there like increased blood flow? And so we, you know, conduct like one of the things you sent us was an EMF card and for the for the phones, that's right. And so, you know, we had to uh donate our body to science and hold our cell phone to our head without any protection first, you know, just to kind of show, like, you know, our phones put out a lot of radiation. And so you would see the pattern of heat on the face with no protection. And then we would do, you know, maybe a brief period of cooling off in between. And then we would use your card with the phone, and so that would be the protection, and then to compare. And I mean, it really was impressive because it was not as hot, there wasn't as strong of a pattern on the face. And and so I I love these tests too because you know, we all want these things to work because we all really do need protection from you know, the harmful rate. We're all on our phones all the time. So it is nice to I'm I like that you even want a test to prove that what you're offering is actually helpful and working. So that was a fun test. And then yeah, you sent us the the mat and the belt. Um, the belt was an interesting one because Scott did that one in the morning. We would we try to we try to do it first thing in the morning before we're like eating anything or like running around in the hot sun or anything like that. So um that one really showed a decrease in inflammation in his body. He first started with some of that speckled motling pattern, the little bit of the stress polka dots. And then after he did the Zio Belt, it was quite a reduction in just a short period of time. So, so yeah, that was one. Um, I know that we were testing another card that you sent us to. So um those are the ones that I remember. I I think we did the mat also. Yeah, it was interesting just because um I think it was only maybe a 30-minute time period of use. It wasn't like he was on it for four hours or anything. So even in a short time frame, it showed improvement, which you can imagine if you did it longer than 30 minutes or multiple days in a row, that you would have even a greater experience or improvement.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, perfect. Yeah. So yeah, I was, I was, I mean, first of all, I I needed to send this stuff in because it's like this is all kind of newer stuff. And it's like we need to see if it works, especially when it comes to EMFs, because I mean, I really think that electromagnetic, you know, e radiation from like wireless radiation, I think is very detrimental to our health health. And it's, you know, whether it's Wi-Fi, whether it's cell phone radiation, whether, you know, all the all these wireless signals coming at us. And it's like, I can't, you know, like a lot of these companies just are like, here, put this $2 sticker on the phone and it's gonna, it's gonna completely protect you. It's like, yeah, I mean, I would never say anything completely protects you, first of all. And I don't say that with the card, right? It's like, it's not an excuse to put the phone up to your head, right? Still use speakerphones, still, still use safe, you know, I because I put that on the website or on the on the product packaging, I think. It was like this is designed to be used in combination with you know safe EMF practices. And then I've gotten like some negative feedback on that because people are like, well, why do you need safe EMF practices if the thing works? I'm like, well, it's it's like you don't drink poison and then go take Zo charge. Like, right? It's it it's just it's like that. So, but yeah, I think I've been pleasantly surprised. I still tell people like anything we can do to help kind of combat some of this radiation, go for it. But none of it is is a substitute for you know avoiding and you know protecting yourself in any way that you can from this stuff. But I've got it on my phone, the EMF card. I I feel good about it. And a number of people that have tried it that are very EMF sensitive have noticed, you know, a great decrease in their EMF sensitivity type of thing. But anyway, that's it is what it is. A lot of people still are like, yeah, this is a scam, it doesn't work. That's fine. They don't have to buy it. So I totally, I totally get it too. I totally 100% understand. Um, and I, you know, I don't hold anything against them. I just you know it's one of those things. If someone wants to try it, go for it. We did the thermography, and it definitely, you know, not just once, a few times, and it, you know, it it was you know reproducible, like it does it actually does uh prevent some of that you know heat signature from occurring. Yeah, and um, yeah, so so that's all I have to say about the card. But yeah, the mat and the wrap as well. I was pleasantly surprised. Um, I think the wrap might have only been a 20-minute session. I'd have to check on the report. Yeah, it might have been 20, and maybe the mat was 30. But yeah, both of them, both of them definitely showed you know um yeah, a reduction. And those are on the Instagram page if anyone wants to check them out. They're also on the website, zeolightlabs.com, under like the Zoomat and Zeorap product pages, and then the EMF card as well. You can see those, uh, like in a report of the thermography.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00If people want to check out kind of what we're talking about, plus then they can see what the thermography report looks like too. So yeah, that's pretty um pretty cool. I did have a question on it because this this has come up a couple of times. I think on one of the reports, maybe it was on the EM um the ZORAP, the belt, I think there was like it was a decrease because it was over the stomach, right? So it this was a spa application over the stomach. So we saw the reduced heat signature in the stomach, but it seemed like there was a little bit of an increase in the neck. Um, and maybe that was just like laying down. I don't know. Like, is that is there like a transfer of heat sometimes, or is that common, or was that just that just happened?
SPEAKER_01That's a good question. Um, the well, the first answer is I'm not entirely sure. But if I were to theorize and guess, I mean, we have been testing some other quantum um products. Well, that I think that was what you wanted us to test. It was not necessarily the heat coming off of the product, but that it would be we wanted to test the quantum aspect of it. So um I think with quantum, there is both a reduction in inflammation in certain areas, but also an increase in blood flow in certain areas. Like, for example, we tested a quantum um necklace and it made everyone's neck and face warmer. For some reason, it increased blood flow. And I mean, I don't know entirely sure why. Um, and so when there's increased blood flow, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Um, you know, the only time the red patterns on a thermal image is not good is if it's from chronic inflammation that's been there for many years. But if it's actually um an increase of blood flow because of like a product or something that was used for a brief period of time, then that can actually be a healing response, um, if that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00Oh, absolutely. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah. So it's just like we have to, it's just back to like you have to look at these things with the trained eye and like understand what you're looking at. And it's like, you know, it's it's a heat signature. There's acute inflammation, and you know, just just short-term inflammation is good, long-term inflammation not so.
SPEAKER_01That's right. Thank you. Yes. Because even with medical thermography, we really want to track the person in six months and then a year, and then two years, and three years, and we're looking for their what is chronically inflamed every single time they come in. And now we know that that's like a pattern and a concern. But if they didn't have um, in terms of these case studies for products, if they didn't have um an area that was warm and then they used a product and it was warm after, it doesn't necessarily mean it created inflammation, it is created blood flow. Because remember, we're looking for blood flow.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And so is the blood flow there to increase healing, or is the blood there because there's been chronic problems and chronic inflammation over time?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Perfect, yeah. And then back to the Zeomat and Xerops so people understand you mentioned there was no heat. Yeah. So when you tested it, you didn't turn the far infrared heat on because one, that would have thrown off the whole thing. You can't heat your body up and then do a thermography because it's it's you're gonna be hotter, like because you just were in a, you know, it's like a sauna mat. So yeah, so it was, and we didn't even have the P, you didn't even have the PEMF on. You only were using the quantum technology, which is always on. So that's why I wanted to send it in because that's what people are like, well, this sounds like a scam once again, because quantum is a little bit of a tricky word because it's like, what does it mean? Companies all use it differently, like a lot of company, like there's actual like quantum technology out there that like we're utilizing, but then a lot of companies are just like, oh, this naturally occurring crystal is a quant, you know, it's quantum because it comes from the earth and it has you know, which it's kind of true as well, but it's like there's different degrees of quantum, I suppose, right? So, anyway, the quantum technology we're using, we call it QRT quantum resistance tech. That's what we tested um with the thermography, and it seemed to work. So, all right. So then after that, I'm like, all right, this thermography stuff's pretty cool, getting good results, happy to see it. Because again, I didn't know exactly. I assumed it was all gonna look good, but you know, I wasn't 100% sure. So I was always you know kind of relieved and happy to see that the stuff was working um after I had a lot of inventory of it. So that was always always nice because otherwise it's like I can't sell this stuff. I will say though, I did throw away a ton of stuff. So I ordered a lot of a lot of different you know products trying to see what was working, and then I kind of modified them to make the best. So, like the NMF structuring card, like I used some base technologies from some of the other types of cards, but then I you know added shungite to it and made it a lot bigger, made it in a credit card size, put these you know AI generated fractal patterns. Like I modified it a lot, but I had like just the base little like stickers for the phone too. Ordered, I don't know, 5,000 of them or something. I ended up throwing all those away because I just really didn't feel like those worked at all. And I wanted just the best one possible. So I did end up throwing away a lot of the stuff because I don't think everything works equally. I'll say that. So, you know, like a $2 sticker on Amazon for EMF protection, like is probably not going to work as good as something that's a little bit higher quality, like this card. So I'll just I'll just leave it at that.
SPEAKER_01Totally agree with that. And I love that you're testing. I mean, that just shows the integrity of you wanting to make sure that whatever you put out is quality.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, I appreciate that. So speaking of testing, moving forward with it. So after with the technology, I was like, all right, well, why don't we test the Zo charge? Because I'm like, you know, I'm still Zocharge is still is still the the star of the show here. This is, you know, it's still Zeolite Labs. So I think you tested you tested someone. It was third 30 days.
SPEAKER_01Uh yes.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I've got the that that report is on the case studies page now as well on zeolite labs.com, uh, under the case studies page if someone wants to check it out. But yeah, it was a 30 day, and that showed pretty good reduction in kind of total body. You know, I think there was the modeling before the stress polka dots and just some you know increased seat signature, and it showed a pretty decreased uh level. And I think the she the lady lost weight as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, she did. Yeah, she was a perfect candidate. I don't know why. I you know, I feel like some people really respond well, but she did the two scoops a day for 30 days, and she came in for her before and came in for her after, and it was remarkable. Um, so I mean, I feel like I recommend Zo charge to literally all of my clients just because who doesn't need help with reducing these toxins? And you know, I I've heard your podcasts so many times just talking about um charcoals and clays are so harsh and they pull everything out and they pull your minerals out as well. But Zeocharge is something that you can take daily and it only takes the bad stuff out and keeps all the good stuff. So yeah, I mean she had a great result, but I also do Oligo scan, which is the heavy metal and mineral test. And I have had a several people actually come in to do Oligo scan with me who are already trying to do um their zoocharge cleanse and monitoring their zoocharge um journey with the oligoscan. And so yeah, and I'm kind of learning about when you're saying when one area releases, you know, then it'll allow the body to kind of go through these layers, like it'll process, um, show up on the scan sometimes more or less, more or less over time. But yeah, I I what I've seen, everyone has um sluggish lymphatics, generally speaking. I mean, not everyone, but a lot of people have sluggish lymph on the allegos scan, everyone has high aluminum, even kids, everyone. I've never ever seen a scan without high aluminum, and then oftentimes I will see mercury, cadmium, silver, lead, you know, a lot of the other metals show up too. So I I think Zero Charge is a brilliant product, and um, I've personally been taking it. Again, I have had, you know, all of my gut issues and tendency for Candida overgrowth. And I my body really agrees with it. Uh, I have to take oxy powder every day just to kind of keep things moving. And so between the zoo charge and the oxy powder, I really feel like it's keeping things moving and um I feel better. I actually think it helps with candida. I know that you've kind of talked about how it could help with microbiome balance also. Um, man, I'm I'm a customer for life just because, again, with these lifelong issues, and I just sort of feel like my digestive system is already compromised and kind of vulnerable. You know, I have these tendencies easily and I have to have a very disciplined diet, and I can't cheat on my diet, or there's like major consequences. So, like anything I can use to sort of help manage the health of my gut. And um, and you know, again, like I said, looking at the illegal scan is telling we're all full of metals, and it's just sort of a sad reality. I like that scan to just help us remind that metals are a part of our health story and we can't be in denial or avoid it. It's just they're there and they are gonna cause issues in our body. So we need to be doing something daily. You know, like your once-a-year cleanse is not gonna cut it at all. It's like this is happening on a daily basis, and we have to constantly move it out, like all the time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So yeah, that's the those are good points. It's it is, I don't know. It's it's I like to it the healthier you are, the less you need. I always say that, you know, just to give people a little bit of hope. It's like as you get healthier, as your body starts clearing out more, then you need net less supplements. Doesn't mean you need none, but it's like when you're just starting off, sometimes you have to put a little bit more work in, maybe spend a little bit more money, do a little bit more, you know, whatever you're doing, more supplements, etc., more strict lifestyle changes. But then as your body starts getting healthier, it can breathe a little more, it's more resilient, and then you can kind of reduce. That's the goal, at least, right? Yeah, that's that's how the way I see it. And it's like the the healthier you are, the faster your detox, because your body will start slowing down detox to kind of protect you in the short term. Even, you know, lymph, you mentioned like you know, sluggish lymph and all these other things. I think when people are become chronically ill or you know have complex health challenges, their body naturally slows down lymph and other slows down detox pathways because it wants to keep that toxic element, toxicity out of circulation. It wants to kind of keep it in tissue and keep it out of circulation where it's causing more stress. Because what's in when it's in tissue, it's kind of hidden. So it's like causing long-term issues, but less short term. So it's like as you start getting healthier, and what you know, that could be removing the infected tooth. It could be all these other things, like removing an infected tooth could be an incredible detox strategy. Because if that's taking up so much energy and causing all the stress on your body, removing that could free up this energy and that your body can now use it for detox, and maybe it starts increasing lymph flow. Like every that's what everything is connected. That's why it's like sometimes these super, super targeted treatments don't work that well for a lot of people. Cause it's like if you're just targeting like lymph flow, it's like maybe the body doesn't want the lymph flowing right now for some reason. And it's like maybe you need a binder to catch the stuff, and then the body will increase lymph flow, or maybe it's a combination, or you know, it's that's why it's you know it's unique and everyone's a little bit different. But um, yeah, lots of great tools out there, like that you're using the illegal scan as well as the as the thermography. Um yeah, super good stuff. So, in terms of the like things that are you know causing a lot of health issues, do you have like an opinion on some of the top things that maybe are contributing to people's um you know health challenges in the 21st century?
SPEAKER_01Well, since you're giving me a platform, I I do have a special place in my heart for breast implant illness, if you don't mind me sharing.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_01My mom had breast implant illness and was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, which would basically meant that her implants were making her sick, but the doctors in her life didn't connect those dots. So they just diagnosed her with all these different autoimmune illnesses. Um, and you know, she was very sick for at least like five or six years. And I'm the one who connected the dots for her because I started to have some of my, I used to be a massage therapist, massage clients telling me they were suffering with breast implant illness and they were planning their ex-plant surgery. So fast forward, my mom did have them out. Within a couple of months, all her um symptoms went away. And so I actually can see on thermography the early signs of breast implant illness. Usually they have chronic pain, which we can see in their neck and their upper back. Um, on some, in some cases, you can see a red ring of inflammation around the implant. And, you know, the lymphatics, of course, around the breast tissue would be really lit up. You know, they're working hard. Um, so it's amazing to me that people still get them because I guess I know so much about just how hard it is on the body, and the body will never stop fighting them, and they'll always be leaching toxins and poisons because they're not organic. You know, the material that they're made out of, they're it's not healthy. It's it's gonna create like a toxic cascade. And so, um, yeah, I I'm kind of big on we've got to get root canals out and we've got to get breast implants out. And I do see this all the time on thermography. So those are kind of common things. Um, I do see a lot of sinus inflammation. I know we're in middle Tennessee and middle Tennessee because sort of like this bowl of allergens and mold exposure, it's like very common. So that's another common thing I see. And I I think you know, something like Zeocharge to even help with mycotoxin exposure, um, or just helping people kind of lighten their load so we can deal with more of these environmental stressors. Um, that's pretty common. Liver inflammation is common, you know. Um, I just think, again, our bodies are so overloaded, just as you already know, that the livers are working really hard. So it's very common to see liver inflammation. Um, I would say those are the most common things and some gut inflammation, um, depending on the person, if they have like a vulnerability towards microbiome imbalance. Yeah, these are these are the most common things I see. And then of course on the oligoscan is high aluminum and kind of just high metals in general.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think it's yeah, I totally agree with the breast implants in the rook and all in infected teeth uh situation. Just and it's like I kind of look at those as like regenerative toxins. It's like you're being poisoned every single day by those generally. It's like whether the breast implant is like this silicone that's like leaching a little bit of toxicity plus all the chemicals every day, or if it's like this, I think the saline ones that get all moldy and then you have like all this microbial issues because then they're releasing you know microbial toxins and they're releasing them every single day. So it's like you're being uh exposed to new toxicity every single day. That's why I call it like regenerative. Same with the rook naltrided teeth. It's like you basically have this super low oxygen environment because like what they do is they kind of go in, they kind of scrape out um, you know, the nerves and stuff, but you can't completely get the infection out to begin with, but then they seal it off. But infection always gets back in there. But you're basically you've cut off that tooth from the body's defense system, it's no longer connected to like the oxygen supply or anything because it's like just this dead tissue. That's now in your mouth. So it's a safe harbor for these microbes to come into. And then when you have a low oxygen environment, anaerobic, that's when these microbes generally turn pathogenic and release the dangerous toxicity. So like a lot of these microbes aren't really harmful unless they're in a low oxygen environment. And then they become harmful because they're releasing these toxins. And then the teeth are connected to the body systems. So you're releasing all this toxicity all over the body. And this is happening day after day after day after it's like you can't really detox those things. Like you can go and you can bind, like with Zoocharge or something else to maybe help mitigate some of those symptoms. But it's like you can't like it, they're just you're gonna keep being poisoned every single day until something is addressed, like with both the breast implants and the rook canal. So I do think, like you said, those are two huge ones because it's like I like to say what is um like a circuit breaker or like I have like an acronym for detox, the and the X is X factor. Like, what is the X factor? Like if you've done everything right or you think you've done everything right, what is the one thing that you haven't addressed that might be the most critical factor to your health that it's like the blockade that if you don't address that, you're not gonna get better. Right. And sometimes I think a lot of times those are things like the root canals and the breast implants. Because if you have rift plants, who wants to get them out? You don't want to get them out, like you got them for a reason, right? And it's like the root canal treated teeth, it's just it's like pulling teeth. It's like a huge process, it's expensive, you know. So it's one of those things. A lot of times it's it's the last thing people do, but sometimes it could be the most important thing uh for someone. And that's where, like, you know, instead of just guessing, kind of like you know, I kind of did, I was just like, it's just coming out either way, but the the tooth, but it's like going in and doing like some testing, like a therm on a thermograph, thermogram, I always say thermograph, thermogram, um, and see if they're you know, see what's going on, like see if there is a connection. I think that's that's super interesting. So yeah, any any other, so you mentioned some really good stuff there. Is it is there any like general tips that you really like that you kind of give to clients that like could really help anyone? Just like lifestyle tips or you know, things that you kind of uh recommend just just for balance in life?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's pretty general, but that's okay. I mean, you know, for breast health, women should not be wearing antiperspirant deodorants. You know, of course, we don't want to put aluminum in our lymphatic system. So I hope that's kind of obvious to a lot of people. I mean, some people still wear it because they just, you know, don't want sweat spots or whatever. But, you know, I tell people if you're gonna block your lymphatics with an antiperspirant, you're basically creating a sewage backup in the breast tissue. If you can't allow the lymph to move the toxins out, then they're going to back up in the breast tissue. And then what do you think is gonna happen over time if there's a sewage backup in the breast tissue? So definitely stop wearing antiperspirant. I mean, we really shouldn't be wearing bras that um limit our lymphatic flow as well. So, you know, no underwire bras, anything too restrictive. Like we need movement and flow. And that's kind of a general principle is like movement and flow for lymphatics, especially. Um, and then, you know, I'm really just big on the foundations of health, sleep, hydration, good nutrition, sunlight, you know, quality supplements if needed, something like Zocharge as a daily binder, just really mastering the basics. And it sounds basic, but not a lot of people really take these seriously and master them, if you will. So I feel like that has to be a foundation, and then you can do all kinds of whatever biohacking on top of that for treatments and therapies, galore. But you've got to have these solid foundations. So I'm always just trying to remind people, you know, get to bed, stop scrolling on your phone. And, you know, um, do you are you drinking quality water and are you balancing your blood sugar and just some of these similar basics?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. And and everyone's at a different stage kind of in their journey. A lot of people like, oh, I haven't used, you know, deodorant in 30 years, or you know, that that type of thing. It just depends where you're at. Because if someone is, you know, kind of new to all this and they just were introduced to let's say G, I mean, they're probably listening to this podcast because they were introduced to Zoocharge by someone, and maybe that's the first thing they've they've done for their health and they're getting good results. But if you're taking Zoocharge and you're still, you know, using an aluminum-based or just an antiperspirant in general, it's like, you know, these they're kind of contradictory because you have what we're trying to do here is encourage the body to do what it wants to do better. Like that's what Zeo Charge is. It's like a detox accelerant, it's binding and it's encouraging the body to detox. When you're taking an antiperspirant, literally the entire purpose is to prevent your body from detoxing. Like that's what it's doing. Like anti-perspiring is one of the main detox mechanisms. So you're putting poison in, which is slowing down the detox. And you kind of see how that relates to other internal poisons and things in your body. The more poisons you have, the slower your detox. So, like as you unclog these things with binders and other detox agents, then your body can start naturally flowing again because you've removed the poison and you start detoxing. So, but I mean, it's it's not always about what you need to add to your system. It's not another supplement, it might just be what you need to subtract from your daily routine. Maybe it's stopping the and then that's free. It's actually saving you money. You don't have to buy deodorant anymore.
SPEAKER_01Or maybe it's women are kind of the worst because we've got hair products, we have skin products, we have makeup, we have lotions and creams and all these things that you're basically putting on your skin, going into your pores, going into your bloodstream. So women need to, yeah, really eliminate as many of the harmful chemicals and poisons from their body care, skin care, beauty, and all this.
SPEAKER_00And maybe it's a process where it's like, all right, once a week. Just cut down. If you're doing it seven days a week, cut down to once a week to start, or like as needed, and then move to an alternative. It's like you don't have to not wear deodorant, just don't wear antiperspirant deodorant. Like you can still wear stuff that doesn't block the sweating, but it can still kind of mask the smell. Like, you know, there's there's all these natural, even at the standard stores now, there's all sorts of natural stuff. I mean, some of them are probably not going to be the greatest, but better, you know, like just anti-perspirant. So anyway, people, most people probably understand what we're talking about, and we're probably preaching to the choir, but that's really good advice because sometimes it's super basic stuff like that that people just don't think of. They're like, oh, I didn't realize that I was blocking my detox. And it's like, yeah, makes especially for, like you said, like breast cancer and butt breast uh breast illness, because you're blocking stuff and then it's just going, it has to go somewhere. This toxicity that your body wanted to leave, it's like it's got to go somewhere. So there's kind of a reservoir there. Anyway, this was very good. Um, let's end with you telling everyone where, okay, where are you located? Where tell us, like, if someone wants to come and get a scan, thermogram, then how does that how do they make that happen?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Okay, so I am located in Franklin, Tennessee, but I do have thermography events at various doctors' offices throughout Middle Tennessee. So you can check my website, healthscan thermography.com. And I'm also on Instagram at health scan thermography.
SPEAKER_00Perfect. All right, so I will get both of those in the show notes. And then is this something where so they reach out to you when they're like, hey, I want an appointment. And is there like you know, a ton of preparation or something? Or they just kind of come in, they do the scan, and and then is it like a program, or they can just come in and like do a scan? Okay, or multiple, like you offer like coaching, like what's oh well, okay.
SPEAKER_01I mostly do the imaging. I have something called a complete insights bundle, which would be my three scans and wins. So it's a full body thermography. I do the oligo scan, the heavy metal and mineral scan. And then I also do bioresonance or a bioenergetic scan. And it actually is nice to look at the reports of all three of those and see if there's a theme of information, which usually can give someone kind of some missing pieces that they wouldn't get from standard tests. So that's my complete insights bundle. But for the thermography, everyone needs to come temperature neutral, which means, you know, the day before, don't do the hardest workout of your life. Don't get a crazy deep tissue massage. And then several hours before the appointment, don't take a hot bath, a sauna, a hot shower, don't drink hot drinks. You do want to fast for a couple hours. So there is some preparation just so your temperature neutral. And also just so you know you're gonna be undressed because the camera has to look at skin. So you can wear your underwear, but you're gonna be basically in your birthday suit for the most part. And we do have privacy screening. So, you know, I'm hiding behind a screen with my laptop, and then the camera is looking at, you know, the body, but it's very private, it's very comfortable. Um, it's for medical purposes, right? And then we basically take your initial image and that just serves as like what you look like now. And then we do want to monitor every six months to a year to see: are you getting better? Are you getting worse? Are you staying the same? Is all of your lifestyle practices that you're doing helping you get better? Um, is it not working and you need to pivot and try something different? So it's it's actually really nice to watch your patterns over time and just validate if your lifestyle practices are working for you or not.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, perfect. All right, thanks for that additional info. So I will get those two links, the Instagram and the website in the show notes, so people can check those out, and Franklin, Tennessee, and then also events. So yeah, just reach out and uh stay connected. So thank you so much, Melinda. I really appreciate the time today. I think this was really uh informational for me and for and for the audience, and uh I appreciate you taking the time today.
SPEAKER_01Thanks for having me. I enjoyed it.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely.
