Welcome back, everyone, to another episode of the Detox Experience. I'm Jeff Hoyt, and today I am joined by Grayson from Virginia. And we're going to have a great conversation today. So this is really our first time talking. So I don't really know exactly what to expect, but it's going to be great nonetheless. So I know you connected with Alexis, our brand manager, and uh she said you'd be great for the podcast. So here we are. How are you doing today?
SPEAKER_01I am good. I'm excited to share a little bit of my experience with Zocharge. So yeah.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. Well, thanks for taking the time. I appreciate it. And I guess we'll just start a little bit with, you know, share whatever you want to kind of about your background, like into health or whatever you want. Like, how did, you know, leading up to like how did you even find out about Zeo Charge? And then we'll kind of get into the experience.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So I actually found out about Zeocharge from a friend. Um, I had been in a pretty significant health crisis, and I had gone through a whole lot of different avenues to try and remedy those symptoms. And um, it was through a lot of prayer that God allowed me to stumble across Zocharge, um, which is amazing because my mom is actually um a health practitioner, product formulator. So we had tried a whole gamut of things. Um, and to find Zocharge was an answer to many questions at once. So yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's amazing. All right. So so you have a little bit of a background. It's not like the first supplement you've tried, right? So you have a background in this. Okay, did you want to talk a little bit about growing? I mean, has your mom been into this industry for a long time? Did you kind of grow up with like the in the natural uh health space?
SPEAKER_02So um, when I was five years old, I'm 30 now. Um, when I was five years old, um our water got contaminated. We had a backflow issue with our groundwater, and it started um sucking all the fertilizer from our yard into our water supply. Um, and so that led to some pretty significant health problems relatively overnight. Um and, you know, across our family, we had seizures, we had um, I had two different forms of dyslexia suddenly overnight. And um, you know, we had autism diagnosis, all of these different things. Um and with that, we started getting some testing of the water. We found out we had severe, severe, severe heavy metal poisoning. And um, at that time, 25 years ago, there wasn't as much solutions or resources. And so that out of desperation, allowed my mom to seek out health options. And that led to her path of ultimately getting her PhD and becoming a health practitioner, basically in the process of trying to save her family because the prognosis wasn't good. The doctor basically said, All of you will get stomach cancer in the next six months and you'll all die. Um and so um, yeah, we my childhood was a lot of alternative medicine, functional medicine, um, and just kind of following my mom along in her journey of trying to heal our family.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, yeah, that's amazing. So, along like, do you want to share anything like along that journey in terms of like what do you think was most effective? What was maybe, you know, something you wouldn't try again? Like, were there certain principles, I guess, that like kind of your family incorporated that were like these are kind of the foundations that we're gonna utilize to get get and stay healthy?
SPEAKER_02So a lot of it was trial and error, and I was so young, and my mental capacity was not that great because of everything we were going through. Like I went, I was that kid that was I was reading at like three years old. And then all of a sudden, overnight, my mental capacity was just in the toilet. Um, so I don't really remember all of the things that we did. I just remember a lot of very terrible symptoms. There was a lot of my stomach always hurt as a kid. I was always going to the nurse. I had all these different food allergies that continuously changed because I present presumably had leaky gut my entire childhood, um, which makes sense when you have heavy metal poisoning.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_02Um but we just we had so many different things that we tried, but ultimately the biggest thing was whenever we would get retested, um we would still be showing we had all these metals after we had done all of these relatively invasive things for children. Um so yeah, it it just in some ways we just we got better. Um, none of us got stomach cancer, we're all alive. Okay, but it it we would still be showing up with metals in our tests and things.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, yeah. So like when did the sim when did you start, how long did it take to start seeing symptoms improvement, like since age five, and then as you started on this journey?
SPEAKER_02Well, so the interesting thing is is if we jump ahead, um, which is back to November of 2025, this past November, um I had a mold exposure. Um, and that mold exposure sent me into symptoms that would quantify into full-blown mast cell activation. Yeah, pretty much overnight. Um, and at that time, I had no way of processing like my lifetimine of all of these toxin exposures I had that kind of led up to all of this. To me, I just went from a perfectly healthy, you know, girl in her, you know, late 20s to I was completely debilitated overnight, like full body pain, head to toe. The pain was so intolerable that I was having tremors and ultimately convulsions because the pain was so bad. Couldn't keep any food down. I went from being a weightlifter to losing 30 pounds over the course of six weeks. Like it was off.
SPEAKER_00So this is okay. This is last November, less than a year ago. When you say mold exposure, this was a place you moved into or just something you were short-term exposed to?
SPEAKER_02Yes. So um I was I moved into an apartment. I was only there three weeks. Okay, and this happened.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02Um uh that was like a whole debacle, and it was terrible. But I literally I moved in and immediately I started having respiratory issues, and I was like, mm, this place is a little old. Um, and I had them get mold testing done. Um the mold guy that came out was like, these numbers aren't even relevant really. And then I ended up getting testing done for my like mold mycotoxin metabolites, something like that, all the things. But my um penicillium numbers were literally off the charts, they couldn't even capture them on the test. Um, so yeah, I was like, oh well, I don't really care what the standard of care is when it comes to mold testing. I'm not well. So I ended up moving out of there, and um it was about seven weeks of that terrible mass cell situation. It was literally over Christmas, so all the doctors were like out on vacation, nobody knew what to do with me. Um and yeah, it it all ended up kind of culminating. Now I look back and I'm like, oh wow, this was like all the toxins over my lifetime just kind of bottling up to the point of this big nervous system fallout. Um ultimately I had some peptides that I was using that kind of stabilized me, but nothing was really getting that toxin burden down. And so at that point is when Zocharge kind of came into play.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. Just one side note before we get into Zocharge. Thank you for sharing that, by the way. And sorry you had to go through that. The multiple things you had to go through, but um it looks like you're you look great. So it looks like you're doing better now. So we'll there'll be a happy ending, I think, here. Um with the with the mold markers and stuff, that's and that's I know that just the stress on top of that, right? Moving into a place, you just signed a lease, and then all of a sudden it's three weeks and you're like, oh, I gotta get out of here. And you know, they don't want to let you at a lease. I'm sure there was issues there. But I'm just wondering, okay, like the level of reaction you had, just like how sensitive your body was to that. It's like just what came to mind is I wonder if some of those mycotoxins that you were exposed to were potentially present in um your your early, you know, early childhood, five-year-old exposure. And then maybe the body kind of like recognized that and sensed a heightened sense of danger. And like there was even more of a reaction than if it was just the mycotoxins itself. Like, do you have any thoughts on that?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so um my home, my childhood home, there was a point um that we did have flooding and we had remediation. And even prior to my parents moving into that home, there was um flooding and remediation. So I did have mold exposure as a child. Um that's definitely a thing. So um, and I think that that accompanied with the severe heavy metal exposure. And then also what I found out in this whole process of testing over the past year is I had vanadium poisoning um and didn't even know it from um I do uh I paint as a side hustle, and I breathed it in because I was just being silly and didn't wear the right protective gear. Um, so I had vanadium in in my blood too. So there's a whole lot of things that just my nervous system went, ah, oh my gosh, I gotta hold it on.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, definitely. All right, so we'll pick it up. Yeah, lots going on here. There's lots of things coming at you from different angles. All right, so last November, mold three-week mold exposure. You got out of there, got into the new place, enter when did Zeo Charge enter the picture? How long after that?
SPEAKER_02The while, no, actually, so I was um stabilizing and just doing everything that I could. Like I was eating very, very clean. I was not breathing in any sort of smells, like all the different things that they tell you to do when you're highly reactive. And I just it was this weird balance of like trying to live in a bubble. And I was like, this is not a way to live. This is terrible. And um, you know, ultimately every single week, it was like whenever I would go to the doctor, they're like, we're just trying to get you stable enough to be able to handle detox. And I was like, God, this is not my portion. I just came out of everything that I went through, and every single detox that like every detox protocol that people brought up, the prognosis was like, Yeah, you're just gonna get really sick again. I'm like, no, we're not doing that. And so I literally took the medicine that the doctors were telling me to take. I put it on like my prayer bench in my room, and I was like, God, I want you to provide me with a detox that's going to get all this toxic junk out of my body, but it's also going to not make me sick. Yeah. And that was like a wild thing for me to ask. Like everybody around me is like, yeah, you just know detox sucks. And I'm like, and so about that, I think it was about two weeks later. This is now in June of 2026. So that's a long time.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02June of 2026, my friend Melody reaches out to me and she's like, Hey, um, I've started this Zocharge stuff. My back pain is gone. I know you've gone through everything that you've gone through. And, you know, I'm listening to it, and it's a detox that's not making people sick. And I was like, wait, that sounds like what I prayed for. Um, so yeah, I mean, I started Zoocharge in July. And um I from the very first day that I took it, I started off with eight scoops, and I could feel a like a physical lift, like energy-wise, like my body felt strong. My mental was so much better within 20 minutes of taking it. And and if anybody was, I was trying to have a lot of faith about it, but if anybody was gonna be like very mindful of symptoms, it was me because I'd been through so much. And I took it, I'm like, this is the best I've ever felt in my whole life. Like, and um, yeah, I've been taking it since um about the first week of July, and now we're at the end of September, and it's the best I've ever felt, the most energy I've ever felt mentally. I feel great. My hormones are all shifting so much that my hormone doctor was like, I'm just gonna circle back with you in November once this kind of all comes to equilibrium. Cause she was like, You might not even need your thyroid medication anymore after this. I don't really know what's going on.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um, yeah. So it's been revolutionary.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, it's amazing. So it started at the prayer bench. So let's just talk about the prayer. What is a prayer bench?
SPEAKER_02A prayer bench. Okay, so I have a very vibrant faith and relationship with the Lord. And I have this like dedicated, it's not there's like a bench, and then I have this little table that's next to it where I keep all of my things. So I have a prayer shawl, I have a Bible, I have my anointing oil, all these things. And it's like the place where I keep all my stuff for God. So it's like still sacred. And so when I put the medicine on it, I was like, this is going to God, and God's gonna answer. And he did, he brought me to Zio Charge.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's amazing. Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I hadn't heard of a prayer bench, prayer closets and and and uh you know other things, but not the prayer bench. I love it.
SPEAKER_02In front of the window, looking at the window.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's kind of what I I've got um it's like uh no one can see this, but it's kind of like a window thing, and then I sit there and I read the Bible in the mornings, like looking out. So it's kind of nice because just it's like yeah, one of God's callings card, like I usually read through the Bible like once a year, just like from beginning to end. And then it's like especially in the old testament, one of his like calling cards kind of when um like kind of it's like if he had a resume, like his resume would be like creator of the heavens and the earth. It's like he always goes back to that when like someone's doubting him, or he's trying to like um provide encouragement for people to like do something that seems impossible. It's like, well, you know, I created the heavens and the earth, and it's like all the other god all the other gods are idols, they're made by hand, like we make man, like you know, it's pretty pretty cool. So yeah, anyway. So it's like looking out and to make that make sense, people probably don't know what I'm talking about. Like looking out in nature and seeing it's like, okay, this is God's creation. It's like just seeing how magnificent it magnificent it is. It's like we really can't replicate it. Like, like when you look at like the natural wonders of the world and then like the man-made wonders, it's like some of the man-made stuff is cool, but like you can't compare, like you can't compete with what God made. So it's pretty, pretty cool stuff anyway. Uh pray Bencha like it. Um so okay, so July, so like three months basically on Zero Charge. You went straight in to eight scoops, right? So you said Melody, okay, and I know who Melody is. Now it's all making sense to me because I've communicated with Melody. She's actually coming on the podcast too in a few weeks, I think.
SPEAKER_02Oh, she's gonna be a time. I love Melody.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she seems like I don't think I've talked to her on the phone, but like we've emailed quite a bit. So yeah, she definitely seems pretty awesome. So um, that'd be that'd be good. So, okay, so she's like she told you to start with eight scoops, I'm assuming.
SPEAKER_02Well, I with being all like knowledgeable and all the knowledge that I knew, she knew that I was going to need some prepping. So she had told me about Zocharge like weeks before, but I was like, oh Melody, I've seen all of the things. There's nothing new under the sun. Like, and so I had listened to a few podcasts and heard about people's experience and kind of like the reverse theory of like starting with the most and then working down to have the most success. And it just that's why I honestly chose to go with it because it made so much sense. I was like, oh, you're detoxing and it's not capturing all of the junk. And I honestly wanted to start with more scoops, but I'm like, I'm just gonna try eight, and eight captured it for me. So I've tried to drop down to six scoops, and I just didn't feel as much energy and as good as when I was on eight. So I've just stayed at eight for these past few years.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's perfect. So okay, so when you started though, like were you still exhibiting the symptoms of mat like MCAS, mast cell? Like you were still like as sensitive, or did some of the things you were on kind of help stabilize it to the point where you could start?
SPEAKER_02I was still I I had I wasn't as like in a bubble as I was, but I was still doing a lot of things to try and not trigger any sort of reactions. But um I could definitely still get there where I would be tremoring and um having like uh it was like surging adrenaline in my body that was so much surging that it was painful. Yeah. Um so I had to live very much like in a bubble. And now I'm I've been dairy-free like since I was 17 and it always made me really sick. And I've started experimenting and trying, I feel so good. I'm like, oh, might as well. And I feel I don't, I don't even have bloating or anything like that. I haven't got retested to see if I'm still allergic, but I'm definitely not having the symptoms that I was.
SPEAKER_00What do you what do you try? Are you trying like like cheese or like milk? What are you trying?
SPEAKER_02I love Mexican food. I've been eating queso, which is probably like the worst thing to start out with experiment-wise, but I was like, go big or go home.
SPEAKER_00There you go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Queso, yeah. If you can handle Mexican food, that's like that's the testimony right there for sure.
SPEAKER_02It's like, yeah, I feel great. I eat Mexican and I feel like I can go conquer the world. So um, you know, that that's not clinical, but it it's the testimony.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's incredible. So awesome. All right, so eight scoops. So three months in, and then so is your plan to kind of try to start tapering down, but then just kind of experiment, like like you already tried. You tried to taper, but it wasn't quite as good as eight. So it's just like, you know, kind of work down. You're just gonna stick with eight for a couple more months and see what happens.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm really satisfied with just working with my body as long as it takes, you know, like it's been that obviously taking X eight eight scoops is not like the most economical thing I could ever do. Right. But it's also the only thing that I've ever taken in my 25 years of this health journey that does what it does for me. So I'm like, my body's healing. And after everything that my body has been through with the toxin load, it's like, yeah, it might take a little time, but I have so much more hope than I ever have. Like my whole life, it's been since I was a little little kid. It was just like, yeah, you can't eat, you know, uh goldfish like all the other kids. And it's the first time in my life where I'm like, oh, I my body might actually be able to completely heal and I can be like a normal person that can go out to dinner and eat food and not have to like you know go through the labyrinth of the menu to find what I can eat, you know? So I think my journey might just take a little bit more time to heal, but my body's actually healing, which it's never had the opportunity to do.
SPEAKER_00So that's amazing. It's yeah, it's I and the way I see it, like you're either getting healthier or less healthy. Like I don't think there's really like a baseline. Like you're either accumulating toxicity, you know. So that's amazing. That's amazing to hear. So during this three month period, has there been like any sort of like cycle where it's like maybe you feel like a little bit worse one day? Like, like a lot of times what people will experience is like as their body starts peeling off different layers of toxicity, they'll get like symptomatic for a few days and then revert, or even like digestive wise, like there might be a little constipation, then it's looser, and then it like rotates. Have you noticed any sort of rotation of symptoms? Or it's just kind of been like you've just been feeling pretty much better the whole time?
SPEAKER_02Um I as far as mentally and physically, the energy-wise, it stayed pretty um consistent, like feeling good, except for that time when I dropped down the scoops to six instead of eight, and then I just went up to eight again. Um and also as much as a female body can be consistent because we're constantly cycle of hormonal changes. Um but I think that it's been the most, even on the hormonal front, it's been the most stable that my hormones have been, the most predictable my symptoms have been. Um, so I don't know if I was just like so destitute in the symptoms that I just feel so good that I don't really have like a sensitivity to these things. I'm just like, oh yeah, it's way better than what I had before.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um but I felt really consistently like really good. Um I think that I have been, I've had to be a little bit more intentional with like probiotics um to make sure that like I'm more regular if it when it comes to constipation. Um, but with that, oh there was a little bit of there was probably a day like probably about three weeks ago, I had some like detox acne breakouts um that lasted probably a week. And I've had some weird like cystic things that have shown up, and I've just been like, oh, okay, yeah, I probably need to, you know drink some green juice and take some more Zocharge. But nothing too easy.
SPEAKER_00Okay. So so with this eight scoops, are you taking this all at once or splitting it? How are you kind of taking it? What time or what time of day? Like, what does it kind of look like in your routine?
SPEAKER_02Uh, I normally take it in the morning. Um I either do it with my breakfast or just with water straight. Um I actually have got uh my boss at work taking it too, and I kept on mixing it with like lemonade or or something to make it sweet. And she's like, Oh, I just take mine straight. But she mixes hers with a ton of water. I was mixing mine with like four ounces, and it was it was a little, it was a little sludgy, but I was like, it's good for me.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, I just do it in the morning.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, okay. Well, good. Yeah, people are always curious like when they take it and everything. And so eight scoops all at once. That's awesome. I've been doing six scoops twice per day for the last almost two years now, just kind of as an experiment. I've been doing six scoops when I wake up and then six scoops about 45 minutes after dinner. And then before that, I was just doing six scoops once a day, but now I'm like, okay, I'll just do it twice per day, just for like two years, just to one just one so people like know that I'm taking it. And like I, you know, I have no concerns with like any sort of safety concerns with it. Like I get tested and everything, so it's it's safe. So that's one of the reasons I'm doing it.
SPEAKER_02It's probably funny, and I've been like, I people are like, oh, like, how well have you got your blood numbers done or anything? I'm like, nope, Jeff said it was fine. So um I'll circle back with my doctor in November, we'll be fine.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's I mean, it's one of those things that's with the binder, it's so interesting because it's like it's not working on any biochemical pathway, it's not like directly going in and like doing anything, it's just grabbing, it's just binding. So, like in one sense, it's like the most generic thing you can take because it's not specific to any person. But on another like side of that, it's actually like a targeted therapy because it's binding to whatever that person has in their system at that time. So it's like it's kind of like a targeted therapy. But when you bind to this stuff, it's like anything can happen. That's why it's like, even though it's not working on any specific pathways, like it could cause any number of symptoms, either positive or negative in the body, based on how your body responds to the disruption of the toxins that are being disturbed through the binding process, right? So it's like with lab testing and stuff, I do think it's a good idea still because it's like you don't really, I mean, it's like, but if you're feeling so much better, like that's a pretty good sign that your body's handling it pretty well.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00If you're if you're feeling absolutely awful on it, there's a there's a that's pretty much a sign that your body is like hand, it's a stressful process, right? So in your case, like not stressful. Like anyway, so that's one way to do it. But um, that's why it's like it's it's just it's just trickier than a lot of supplements where it's like take this and this is exactly what's gonna happen. Not that you can know that with any supplement, that's what people want to know. They're like, I want to know exactly what's gonna happen when I take this. I'm like, well, sorry. Like it's just we just we just don't know. But um, that's awesome. Eight scoops. All right, this is good stuff. So in relation, just a personal question with like how is this has this changed at all? Kind of like I don't know, your perspective or relationship with God. And just why I'm asking is because like for me, it's like I think for me, like being thankful is always like really important, right? The more thankful I am, the better my life is, and like there's always something to be thankful for. And you know, there's always you can always find something to be negative about or something to be thankful for. But honestly, when things are going well, it's so much easier to be thankful. Like, thankfulness is more of like an emotion in that situation opposed to a decision when things are hard. Like, have you has like your attitude kind of shifted or anything? Any comments on that, like how things have changed?
SPEAKER_02Yes. Um thing that was very wild about so you know, I had said back in November I had that whole mode mold exposure. Well, a few weeks before I moved into that apartment, I had a dream. And in that dream, my parents were giving me an all expedite, all expenses paid trip to Modella. And I was like, it was like this this international trip and all this stuff, right? Well, at the time, one of my close friends, she speaks Spanish, and she was like, and she's also a believer, she was like, uh, I don't know. I don't know if that dream is what you think it's meaning. And she was like, that means mold in Spanish, like molding clay. And you know, God is the potter. I think you're gonna go through a season. Well, you know, it was kind of a double entendre because not only was it mold like God molding you with his hands, it was mold, like there was literally mold in my apartment. Um, and through that time, that dream really carried me through because I had every opportunity to be like, the devil is taking all of my health away and this is terrible. But through the through that knowing like God had warned me about what was coming, it really pushed me to praise him through it and be like, God, you're so good, even though I'm going through all this stuff, and I'm gonna believe that you're doing this to heal me. Because I was really satisfied with just maintaining that level of unhealth that I thought was healthy. And it was through this whole process that the Lord ultimately led me to taking Zo charge, which is binding all these toxins that have been in my body. And all the doctors are like, well, now that you have this thing that works so well for you, the sky's the limit as far as your body's made to heal itself. And so it really made me see that the Lord doesn't allow us to suffer needlessly. It says in one of the letters in the New Testament that we entrust our souls when we suffer, we entrust our souls to a faithful creator. And when we suffer, if we will bring that before the Lord and still praise him, because praise is the gateway to his presence, um, we enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. If we will seek him in it, he will reveal why. Because God would not needlessly let this happen to us. And so um that has brought my relationship with him to a completely different level. And then also that practice of bringing things to the altar or bringing it to my prayer bench, um, that showed me a completely different way of relating to the Lord than I had ever experienced. Um, there's a really beautiful song by Elevation Rhythm called At the Altar. And it talks about there's no waste at the altar. And when we bring God our broken dreams, when we bring Him um all these different things, He begins to work and touch these things. So yeah, this journey, um beyond all of the benefits that's God God has given me in my health, I have this special, special relationship with God that is just on a different level than I've ever had.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, it's amazing. So I like what you said there. Praise is the entrance to his presence. Yeah, that's really beautiful. Yeah, that's awesome. So I I do see like it's you've got like I think that I don't know, I what I'm trying to say, I'm not mumbling here. I think like one of the challenges for me in my life is I I've had you know lots of health challenges for basically my entire life as well, right? And it's just it's been a little bit of a struggle, but it is it it makes it harder. Like I feel like to be our best spiritually, like to some extent we have to be our best physically, because it's like I think that's one of the traps of the enemy is to weaken our physical systems because it makes it harder to serve God on a spiritual level, because it's like we're we're it's diverting attention and focus and things we now have to do to focus on our health that we could be using on other things, right? So it's like, and it it makes it harder because I mean when when our like neurotransmitters and everything in our bodies messed up, hormones and everything, it's like it becomes more challenging as well. But and at some extent, like I guess it's it can it can lead to more discipline and you know things as well. But it's just one of those things where I do think, you know, getting healthy, because some people are like, oh, I don't need to focus on my health at all, because I'm just gonna focus on being healthy. And it's like I'm gonna eat these donuts every single day, but I'm gonna pray over them and God's gonna bless them and all this stuff. It's like that's not really how it works either. It's like if that's all you had to eat, that's one thing. But if that's just like you just want to do that and you're just gonna be like, oh, I'm just gonna bless them, it's gonna be okay, a little bit different story. So I think there's a little bit of effort we need on our, on our this doesn't apply. I mean, everyone listening, I think, is is trying to take active steps to uh improve their health. But that's just one of those things that I think uh sometimes kind of annoys me with um in the industry, at least with like Christianity, it's just like trying to to not have that balance of like I'm just gonna pray over everything and then nothing can do harm. And then it's like if cancer is developed, you know, 30 years later, then it's like, oh, there's nothing I could have done about it. Now God is testing me and stuff, right? It's like, no, it's like, you know, and I'm it's and then whatever God's will is like if I die, I die. It's like, no, I don't think that either, right? I don't think God wants us to die, right?
SPEAKER_02So, anyway, a little bit of a rant there, but um I think it relates though, and one of the things that the Lord has taught me through this is um returning back to the care of God that is in that is built into nature, yeah. Like waking up and getting morning sun is revolutionary for anybody's health, and it's free. Like you get outside, get some sun. It's God literally taking care of you. He put that into place to care for your body. And I remember when I was so, so sick, that morning sun was like the glory of God. I could feel my body just regulate when I would feel the sun because I was so sensitive at that time. And it would just feel like God's love because I was everything was so heightened. Um, and now I know like the sun is a gift from God. We need morning sun, like returning back to whole foods, prioritizing eating whole foods because those are the things that God put in the earth that nourish our bodies. They have their own vitamins and minerals. I'm on the least amount of supplements I've ever been in my life. Like I've taken a bunch of Zoocharch, but I'm also eating a ton of whole foods. Yeah. Um, because just eating gluten-free, dairy-free, processed donuts is not any better than going and getting a Krispy Kreme donut. Um, so yeah, no, I think it all goes into the same thing of just returning to the care of God. Um, is the way that our bodies were designed to thrive and be the healthiest they can be.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. That's beautiful. There's there's a lot of good stuff out there that God's given us to to heal uh and to be our best. And it's like that that's what I always like when I'm developing products and technologies. What I've what I've been saying for years is I like things that are solutions from nature and then supercharged by science. So it's things that are like natural. So like I had this high-five protocol I developed from my the biohacking center I had. It was like five, you know, God-given therapies, but we're just deficient in them in the 21st century. So it was like PEMF, oxygen light, hydrogen superfood. So it's like if we're not out grounding every day, it's like we could do some sort of like uh PEM, you know, low-intensity, low frequency PEMF device to like simp stimulate grounding or something, right? So, but still it's better to go and do the things in nature if we have time. It's just that like because of our lifestyles and stuff, that's where I think some of this technology can be handy because it's like it can help us get back to like the same like the nature things, but we don't want to completely substitute them. Like, like I've got you know, the a bunch of these little sun lamps. So like I'll use it like I used it today. Like right when I wake up, I'll put the little, you know, high luxe, like a Verilux or one of those brands, like Hilux um sunlamp because it's raining right now. And then it's like, you know, that's helps with the circadian rhythm. It's like first morning sun. That's not as good as going out and getting the first morning sun, but there is no sun right now. Like, right now it's like it's downpouring. It was like downpouring, and then like winter's coming in Iowa, you're right. So it's like there's things that can help, but it's all based on the principles of like trying to go back to like God's original design and and that stuff. So anyway, this was fantastic. I think this was really good. Uh, thank you so much for for sharing your story. Do you have anything else kind of you want to want to leave people with?
SPEAKER_02No, I feel like that was all of it. So thankful for the opportunity to be able to share with everyone.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, so happy that you're feeling better. That's awesome. Always makes me feel good. Um, that you know, it's helping people, the Zio Charge. So super happy that it was an answer to prayer. And uh I'm sure that God has great things in store for you, and it's just gonna get better and better. So you've got a lot of life ahead of you. It's gonna be great. All right, thank you so much.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
