Welcome back, everyone, to another episode of the Detox Experience Podcast. I am joined today by the one and only Wendy Myers of MyersDetox.com and super excited about this conversation. Wendy's been in this industry a long time. She has a ton of experience, a lot of information. So I'm gonna just gonna try to get as much as we can in this hour here from her. And I'm super excited. So welcome to the show, Wendy. Yeah, thanks so much for having me. Yeah. So first let's just talk about your podcast. So you mentioned to me that you've been a podcast host for 15 years. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I started mine 15 years ago and just um, you know, just had a friend that was doing it. And I thought, you know, if he can do it, I can do it. So I just I was one of the OGs of the health podcasting.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. I mean I'm thinking 15 years ago, I'm like, that's it's like a year after I graduated high school. I mean, I had not even heard of podcasting. I didn't even I didn't even think I knew what a podcast was until like six years ago. I was way late on this thing, and you know, now I've got my own, which is funny. It's less than a year old, but but yeah, you've been doing this for a long time. And and your podcast is amazing. Yeah, I've listened to a number of your episodes. Um, and I just listened to the Lee Cowden, Dr. Lee Cowden episode that you did pretty recently. So that's he's amazing. Yeah, so people can check that one out. Interesting stuff. But yeah, so I mean, that you've just you've learned so much in this, you know, 15-year period plus before. And you you have your docuseries Heavy, which is incredible. You've interviewed, you know, lots of the leading experts in the world on you know toxicity and and detox. And it's, you know, you've learned so much. So what are a few of the things kind of you learn you've learned over the years? And then maybe how has your perspective changed, if at all, to your approach to health over uh your journey?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So, you know, uh, you know, I got into this just like anyone else. Just I just wanted to feel better, you know, and I never really had any major health issues or anything like that. But, you know, definitely had a period where I just didn't feel good and just woke up just feeling like meh, just just didn't, just things are just didn't feel that great. And I thought they're there, I'm doing all this stuff for my health. There has to be another level I can get to. Like this can't be it. This can't be all there is, you know, for all this work that I'm doing. And there's a lot of people out there, you know, looking for answers, listening to the show that, you know, they're eating right and they're taking all the supplements and they're trying to detox and they're sleeping and then the stress reduction and just doing all these different things. Um, but so for me, I think um, you know, we have to tend to our physical health. Um, but there's another layer to things of one is addressing emotional trauma, and another layer is addressing the body on an energetic level. And that entails, you know, using um bioenergetic software or bioenergetic devices to send new information to our energy field so that that then changes our physical health and we have physical, you know, relief of physical symptoms. And I'll get more into detail about that, but that's just kind of like the general overview. And so, you know, I think it's really easier for people to think, oh, I have pain, I need to take a pain pill, or I need to do a protocol for that, or oh, my um my muscles are tight, I need a massage, or like there's always like a physical solution. And it's not, it's not that simple. And so when you're getting kind of into the more advanced levels of addressing your health, you're gonna be getting into that emotional trauma release and then also incorporating bioenergetics. And there's ways to bioenergetically detox as well that we can talk about.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. We'll definitely focus on those. And so it's Meyer's detox. Like so your focus is detox, right? So do you do you have a definition of detox or kind of what does detox mean to you and why is it detox that you're really putting your uh emphasis on?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Well, you know what, for uh for as long as I've studied health, you know, I was really shocked when I learned I had heavy metals. And I just thought, well, I read about mercury and lead. I'm like, how did these get in my body? Like how I didn't, I, you know, you a lot of people mistakenly think if they're super healthy, um, that the they're the exception, they're not gonna have heavy metals or that's not gonna be part of their problem. And so I was really shocked. And so when I learned how how heavy, how much heavy metals that I had, and continue to be shocked, you know, by how they keep finding their way in and never seem to go away. No, but it's just you know, detox is a lifestyle. It's just we're always exposed to heavy metals and toxins in our air, food, and water, mainly the air. And you just have to continually work on that and removing this stuff. I mean, there's just uh so many toxins uh from manufacturing and um from just uh just so many things, mining of metals. Every you look around, everything's metal, you're touching it all the time, and there's just so many different ways that we're uh consuming and absorbing and breathing in metals and uh and toxins. So detox is uh for me doing testing so that you can find out what metals you have, and then uh doing some uh targeted supplements and just uh you know taking different supplements. Like I love Zeo Charge too. I love your Zeocharge product. I think that's awesome. And you know, taking binders and things like that to remove toxins and doing detox protocols like infrared saunas and um uh ionic foot baths, I love a lot, and doing things like that to manage this kind of like daily exposure that we have to toxins. And but I do bioenergetic stuff as well. I use software to do detox, like I can put mercury or I can put a specific toxin or I can do detox maintenance on a device I have called the Spooky2. And it's something that just sends frequencies to my body to do a detox. And so I won't so much get into explain how that works and whatnot, but I just I I do know that it works, and um it's just something that I'll do on a uh bioenergetic detox on a regular basis, like this detox maintenance program helps your kidneys to work better, your liver to work better, uh, your detox organs to work better, and uh, and that can you can run through detox protocols where you can do a blood cleanse and a liver cleanse and a kidney cleanse, and just there's little it's really infinite what you can do with bioenergetics. And so you we still have to tend to our physical health. So I do a lot of bioenergetics, it's mainly what I do for my health, but we still have to tend to our physical health by taking binders, taking supplements and things like that, even though we can uh, you know, consume different frequencies, for instance, like you can send vitamin C to your body, or you can send uh, you know, an essential oil to your body, or you can send um, you know, collagen to your body frequencies as well, but you still have to take those uh physically as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, perfect. All right, yeah. We're gonna talk a lot about the bioenergetics here because you're kind of, you know, you've got a lot of information. I'm sure people are interested. But in terms of the physical toxicans, let's address that a little bit more first. Do you think is there a category of of toxins or toxicans you think are more problematic than others? Like, is it the heavy metals? Is it the environmental, like the herbicides, like you know, Roundup and glyphosate? Is it something, you know, mycoplastics? Is it biotoxins like mycotoxins? And like, is there a certain category you think are more problematic than others, or more prevalent now than they were, or is it just kind of this toxic soup in a combination? Like any thoughts on that at all?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I think that glyphosate is probably one of the more problematic toxins that we have in our environment because its use hasn't steadily increased so much. And when it started to be used more and more, then we saw more prevalence of allergies and eczema and um autoimmune issues. And and why is that? It's because it goes in, it's an antibiotic basically, and it kills our gut bacteria, our beneficial gut bacteria, and it uh harms our digestion, it harms our immunity, and it also shuttles aluminum directly into our brain as well. And there's, you know, I've interviewed Dr. Stephanie Senef on this and uh Dr. uh Jeff, not Dr. But uh Jeffrey Smith on this, who's a huge advocate against uh glyphosate use. And it's just in everything. I mean, it's in all the non-organic food, all the restaurant food, all the fast food, all of the wheat. Um, it's and it's not in organic food, but there's still you know 7-8% contamination of organic food because there could be a conventional farm right next to an organic farm, and if they're spraying the crops, it just gets on the organic food. So, you know, unfortunately, um, you know, it's just our food supply isn't isn't very safe right now. Um, so so you have to, you know, consider this. And uh, you know, that the glyphosate is something that we need to uh work on. And you can take glycine for that. Um I'm sure does zeocharge work for glyphosate? Yes, we can use the glyphosate. Okay, fantastic. Yeah, and so I take glycine also every night before I go to sleep because glyphosate interferes in that. I don't think people need to take glycine and it helps make you sleepy, also, which is nice. Um, yeah, and so uh glyphosate's really problematic, but also heavy metals are uh a big problem for many reasons. I think aluminum is probably one of the most harmful heavy metals because it gets into our brain tissue. It's very neurophilic, it loves fat, so it gets into our central nervous system, our brain, and we're breathing it in. Uh, we're breathing that in um every day when you go outside. And it's in um we're uh in our beauty care products, you know, it's in our underarm deodorant that everybody's been using forever and usually still using. And it's in uh it's an anti-caking agent and salt and sugar and and flour. And it's in um, you know, it's in just so many different products, it's in all the vaccines. They're using that as the adjuvant to get that immune system reaction so people can get 13,000 micrograms of aluminum if they do the the 72 recommended vaccine schedule. So that's that's really detrimental to a developing brain. And um, in addition, you know, I feel like the autism spectrum and ADHD, ADD, those are the spectrum is the amount of aluminum that you have in your brain and where it is in your brain. That's actually the spectrum. And that's why ADHD and ADD, these are brain injuries from aluminum. Um, and there's other factors, of course, involved, but I think that's the main factor. So aluminum is really uh devastating our children. Uh, and it, you know, contributes to dementia and Alzheimer's and Parkinson's as people get older. And so then I mentioned how glyphosate shuttles aluminum into the brain. Um, so those are probably two of the most uh problematic toxins that we deal with today.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. Just the synergy of them all is is just kind of frightening a little bit. And interesting, like when we're looking at like aluminum and and then other metals, it's like the form, I think form matters, I think delivery system matters, amount matters, where it's at in the body matters, right? It's like if you just had, you know, that amount of, you know, from an injection, if you had that amount of mercury uh aluminum uh going in your GI tract, that's a lot different than going straight into tissue. Right. So and then it's like you have these specifically designed forms of aluminum that are put in the vaccines to design.
SPEAKER_01It's not anonized, it's nano. Right.
SPEAKER_00Like they're literally designed to be as immunoreactive as possible because that's what they're there for in the adjuvants, right? So like you've got Gardasil where there's like this special like aluminum that's like highly immunoreactive. Like that's completely different than like an aluminum oxide, like alumina, like uh what's naturally found like in nature, right? Like it's it's different. You still wouldn't want to inject that into your arm, but it's like it's different, right? So it's just it's just so interesting. But um, yeah, we really have to what I like to say is we're not gonna stay healthy by accident anymore. It's like we have to do something to take control of our health. So you've got a lot of great resources. Let's let's bring it into the bioenergetic thing. So I you mentioned you were talking about Roundup and glyphosate. So I have a little um like digital remedy, like a roundup digital remedy, and then I I laser it into like my hands and my ears like pretty much every day. Because I'm in Iowa as well, which is uh essentially the glyphosate capital of the world. Yeah, I'd have to say. Yeah, the cornfield cornfields. Corn the corn sweat. I've got I gave my friend a bumper sticker, it's on his truck, it says beware of corn sweat. People are probably people are probably so confused. There's like a custom made sticker, I'm like put it on there. But it's like it's like you've got you can see it. So I ride my bike pretty much every night uh when it's nice in the summer, at least. And usually it's kind of towards the sunset, and you can see this fog emerging from the corn in the evenings, and that it's literally the corn sweating. So this is why Iowa is so humid. Iowa is the sixth most humid state. You've got like Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, a couple of others, and then Iowa. And it's like Iowa is not because of surrounding bodies of water, it's because of the corn and soy and crops that are absorbing water, and then they're literally sweating it out. Now, I think what's potential, what's even more disturbing in this situation is Roundup is water soluble, or at least glyphosate is, right? So you have to imagine there's quite a bit of this herbicide being actually suspended into the air, and then that you get the cross breeze. I mean, so you mentioned the seven to eight percent contamination even in organic foods that still has glyphosate. Part of it's the spraying of nearby fields, but it's like this breed, you know, who knows how far it can travel, just suspended in the humidity. So anyway, I digress from that. But yeah, that's that sounds like a nightmare. There's like a pit in my stomach right now. Oh, we were gonna so this friend at this friend and I, the one that I put the bumper stick around his car, we were gonna start a podcast. It was my idea, he didn't agree to it, but I thought it'd be funny, like a one-episode podcast, Children of the Corn Sweat. Just we were gonna like do this whole thing with corn sweat, but anyway. Um, so yeah, I so I have this digital remedy. Basically, I have like a uh like a physical little vial that has the the frequencies of Roundup, like glyphosate plus the other contaminants in Roundup, and then I copy it into another little vial and then I shine that. Um shine that onto my hands.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, and that's like the Dr. Lee Cowden laser detox method. Yeah, exactly. It's the same.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's actually I have his laser detox kit.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, she actually what it is. Yeah, that's amazing. I've done that before, and that works. Um it really it can really throw you off that detox.
SPEAKER_00So do you want to explain, like, because people are probably like, what are they talking about? Like what is it? This is what you're talking about with bioenergetics?
SPEAKER_01Or can you so what you can do is uh what I did with, and you can you have that specific frequency, and then you take a laser pointer and you run it through the vial and then through, you know, specific points on your hand or uh different um, you know, uh the acupuncture points and meridians, and that will, you know, tell your body that frequency to detox glyphosate. And then you can then you want to take a bunch of zoocharge or binder to kind of absorb what you're releasing. It's a really effective way to detox. This is developed by Dr. Lee Cowden, and he's one of the most brilliant doctors out there. He's retired now, but he was Dr. Mercola's uh personal doctor. Um, one of my mentors, Dr. Michael Rankin. They were best friends for decades. So my first exposure to this was working with Dr. Michael Rankin. He's in uh St. Louis, Missouri. And um, so he essentially did a zydoscan on me, and zyto has been around for 30 years, and it can tell you all the toxins that you have in your body and kind of do a ranking of them. And so he took all those frequencies of the toxins I had, uh, put uh imprint them into a vial of water, salt water, and then did the laser detox and ran the laser through the vial and then to different different spots in my body, different acupuncture uh points. And uh yeah, and it does a pretty effective detox. And it's just it's very, very simple. It only takes like a few minutes. The scan takes maybe 30 minutes to do a really thorough, the full zydo scan. And so, yeah, you can find a practitioner who does that. Um, I do different stuff now. Um, I because I don't have the zyto software, it's pretty expensive. Um, but I have other types of software like spooky2 and um a couple other ones that uh that I use for detoxification.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So the way, and you can give me your kind of your definition of bioenergetics here, but kind of the way I look at it, like what I'm doing there with the with the Roundup remedy, is I'm providing information, I'm put putting information into my body, and then with that information, my body is able to accelerate the removal of that toxic element, right? Essentially. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. And and you know, when you think of our bodies, we have an energy field around our body, and it's it's estimated to be about 10 feet in diameter, three meters or so. And that's where a lot of communication is happening in our body. So it's and and that uh that uh that information, your energy field is what causes you know your physical functioning. So, and so, anyways, the um you you can put new information or new operating instructions in that energy field, and it's much easier to work that way than it is to constantly be taking all kinds of supplements and pills and different protocols and things that you're doing. It's much easier to work in that way. And I'm always looking for things that I want easy, cheap, and uh effective. That that's my goal uh when I'm doing health stuff. And uh, and so I got stick uh tired of taking like tons and tons of pills at every meal and and then all these different things that um, you know, that uh different protocols and different practitioners are doing. And for me, um, I like having a piece of software at home, like the rife, uh, spooky tube rife. I can do a scan of my body, I can see what's what's going on with my body, what's wrong with it, what do I need to address right now, what are my priorities, and send those frequencies to either kill parasites or kill an infection, um, or I can uh do a detox if I need to do that. I can do a liver detox if that's I'm feeling what I need. And uh so it just makes things a lot easier when you kind of have this advanced software at home to uh kind of like a you have a doctor at home, uh, and it's and it's really light years ahead of what people are doing in conventional medicine, certainly, and and even in functional medicine as well. And so it's just a lot easier. And in the software like the spooky too software is maybe like $2,800, but it's still not that expensive when you think of all this money you're spending in supplements and uh functional medical doctors and et cetera, et cetera. And so I use my my rife almost every single day. I'm I'm using it for one reason or another. Uh for me or my family, you can use it on your pets. And so I just I love the rife technology, but there's there's a lot of different things and devices I'm using as well. But that's one of the main things.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, they can get I've spent tens of thousands on various, you know, frequency and printing devices over the years. And spooky2 is definitely the, you know, for what you can get for the value, it's it's it's definitely up or probably the top value on the market. But I mentioned to you uh kind of off air that I had a spooky two. This was probably seven, six, seven years ago. And this was when I had my biohacking center, and I'm trying to kind of establish that you know this is science-based stuff. I'm in Iowa pre-COVID, so no one had heard of anything. Have these doctors coming in and like they don't even know what like you know, PEMF is or even the oxygen therapy was kind of new to them, neurofeed, you know, all this stuff. Like they break basically all they'd heard of was the sauna. They didn't know what an infrared sauna was, but at least they knew what a sauna was. Anyway, and then for doctors, yeah. You know, so I'm like trying to like be like, no, this is like science-based stuff, like there's good stuff here. And then they like come across this thing and they're like, they look at it, it says spooky too. It's got a picture of like a ghost, it kind of looks like Casper, and then they were out the door, right? So it's yeah, it was like I had to kind of keep it in the back room hidden, but it was like a little bit too advanced for them. I'd like to shut the door, but it's definitely there's something to it. So let's talk about kind of because like spooky too, there's a lot of different technologies there. We've got rife, yeah, we've got um like the imprinting type stuff. There's scalar. Like, can you tell us a little bit about like the difference or like what do you use like with the spooky two? Like, are you using rife, the scalar, the the imprinting? Like, what do you how do you use it?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so uh I have a lot of the spooky stuff. There's a lot of different things and components you can get to it, which is nice. You can kind of build your own system. Um, so I use the software, I'll do a scan about every four days, and the scan will come up with like 10 different frequencies that you need. And um, and then I'll run those frequencies on the uh plasma device. So oops, it's caught up here. So uh there's like a little light, it's like a little light bulb, and it's a plasma device, and it just kind of flashes uh the frequencies through plasma to your body. That's the strongest component. That's the strongest thing that you can do. And um, and they have other components. There's 65,000 programs plus that you can send through the plasma to your body, which it's just an infinite number of frequencies, really. Um it's really hard to decide what to what to do. That's really my biggest problem is figuring out what what I would want to heal today. Um, but they also what's really cool is they worked for eight years to create about 1100 peptide frequencies because peptides and amino acids are what your body uses to heal your body. So they can't they rank or they kind of have it by health issue. And you can also do uh peptides for weight loss, for your skin. There's beauty stuff you can do. Um, and they have a kind of every different health condition and the specific peptides that are used to heal that condition. So you can send those uh in different ways uh to your body. And so you can do this in place of doing peptide therapy because it's the peptides are very, very expensive, and a lot of people and I've done them for years, um, but you know, it really adds up. Uh, they're very, very expensive. So it's nice to be able to be able to do all the peptides, and I do a lot of skin peptides and things like that. Um, but then you can also send frequencies to you uh your body through a remote where you can take a piece of your DNA, like your fingernail, which contains your DNA, you put that into the little remote device, and then you can send a frequency of your choice, your choice de jour to. With the fingernail, and that and by quantum resonance, um uh it just uh sends that frequency to the DNA, and then that sends that frequency to your DNA, to your body, anywhere you are on the world. And so you can be having these uh frequencies running when you're traveling or whatever you're doing, and albeit they are much less uh weak, they're much weaker. So if you look at uh they're like a they're a hundred times less weak than the plasma. So um if you do the remote device, um, you know, uh if you do the remote, you know, it's it's very weak. Um it's the next category up is doing what called contact, where you can put some uh pest sticky pads on your body and send frequencies to your body that way. That's about 10 times stronger. But then the plasma device is even 10 times stronger than that. So it's a hundred times uh better than um than the remote. So the remote's very, very weak, and it's great for sensitive people or people that are kind of just everything bothers them, or they're just really, really sensitive. Uh, you can start doing the the remote. But you'll you'll eventually get better. And there's there's over well over a hundred thousand people using Spooky. They've got a Facebook group called Spooky2 Rife for Life, and you can type in your health issue and see who's been helped by that and how they did it and how long it took. And it's a really amazing community of you know, people helping each other uh get better, and the owner of it's just he's amazing. He wants to keep the price really, really low for people so that they can they can afford it and get better, and so it's a very low profit company. They're based in China because they have to be. Um, and uh you can learn more about it at tryrife.com, T-R-Y-R-I-F-E.com if you want to learn more about it.
SPEAKER_00Perfect. Perfect, yeah. So in terms of like let's say uh resonant frequency kind of um you know, what people traditionally think of with rife is like shattering the the microbes through resonance, like you know, you've got the the opera singer shattering the wine glass because the the pitches are you know, the reson it's just a trapped vibration basically, and then it shatters if there's enough power. Okay. So I think a lot of people understand that. The when what's do you have a preference between like the high fru like the high powered, more like plasma um or light, or even like a magnetic field, like emitting these frequencies through a pulsed electromagnetic field, versus like emitting them through like a homeopathic dropper, like a digital remedy dropper or laser where you're you're getting the same frequency, but you're not getting the power. Like, does the body respond better to one or the other?
SPEAKER_01You know, I think it just depends on what you're doing. Um, I don't really think I have the exact answer for that. It just depends on what works for you. Yeah. You know, so the spooky has a pemp pad you can get called the the Big Magic Pro, and you can send uh all the spooky 65,000 frequencies through the PEMF mat if you want. Um, or you can send it through a device. They have a device called the Aha Halo, which I love. Um that have they have about 200 frequencies and some peptide frequencies, and you can wear it around your neck, walk around with it. Um, but the the strongest thing that you can do is the plasma. Yeah. I forget the name, what they call it exactly. It's some weird name.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01But essentially, it's the you'll see you'll know what it is. It's the round, you know, crystal ball looking thing. Um, so that's really gonna deliver the strongest thing. And that's what I'm gonna use for parasites, for microbes, for Lyme, for any kind of infection. And it's so great and it gives me such peace of mind in knowing that I can nuke anything that's in my body, uh, where I don't have to be a sitting duck waiting to get symptoms or waiting to get the sea monster or waiting for whatever, you know, virus du jour or franken virus is coming down the pipeline. I don't care. Um, because I because Spooky, they were, they were downloading, um, it was so crazy what Spooky did during uh during the pandemic, is that they had um every frequency for COVID and they had it by state and they had the mutation. Um, and they had a whole map and what the mutations were in each state and each country. So you could do the frequencies for your state and the most common variants of COVID in your state. So they're like, they're downloading the frequencies for you in real time uh for whatever is going on. Um and so they're just really trying to help people and save people's lives, and they're doing a really good job at it. And so uh so I know that there's another pandemic or whatever's gonna happen, that they're gonna be, they're gonna be downloading those frequencies. And even now you can do an update every every couple of weeks. They have new frequencies that you can download. There's all kinds of people and you know, enthusiasts that are creating new frequencies for the spooky.
SPEAKER_00That's awesome. I I really like this type of therapy for because I always I've been going back and forth for years and years and years, like, do we want to kill stuff? Do we not? Do we want to kill it? Like, like it's I do. It's I I know it's I it's like like right now, I'm kind of on like, okay, let's go and kill some stuff, but like then I'm all you know, it's like, but I don't like the general, I definitely don't like antibiotics, I'll say that, right? But even a lot of the natural herbs and stuff, it's like still just because they're natural doesn't mean they're negative not negatively impacting your good microbes in your gut. But when we're talking about, you know, like digital home homeopathy and rife and like using frequencies to go after these things, it's so specific, it's not like a broad spectrum frequency that's just wiping everything out. It's only going to be doing anything if it's if that uh pathogen is in your body, right? Because it's a resonant frequency. So like it's either working on something or it's just not doing anything at all. Right. So I like it. Yeah, I like it for that reason, just because it's like I don't like messing up my good bacteria. It's like, you know, I like do a lot of work to try to like you know, eating all these like fibers and resistant search and stuff and more, and then it's like I go in and I don't want to like kill the good stuff I've been restoring.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, I don't want to take antibiotics, I don't want to take broad spectrum antibiotics. You just nuke half your bacteria every time you do that. I love that word nuke, obviously. But uh but yeah, it's much smarter to have that sniper approach where you go in and you're you're sending a frequency and you only kill the infection that you're aiming to kill. You don't touch anything else. And the same works for for mutated cells as well. Um, you go in and you can you kill only that cell, and you don't harm any other cell in your body like chemo does. Yeah, and so it's really uh life-saving for people. There's I mean, there are just thousands of people in the Facebook group that have just eliminated their their uh mutated cells in you know three to two, three, four months. Stage four, gone. Yeah, no trace at all. Yeah, so amazing. So so the the so for me the overarching theme here is peace of mind, or I'm not worried about anything or any health issue, any future, I'm not anything that could happen in the future because I have tools uh to to address it successfully and easily at home.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, awesome. All right, let's talk about the like you mentioned the trauma kind of as like a layer underneath like the bioenergetics. So, like, how does you know trauma play a role in in terms of you know detox and just health in general? Like how does how does emotional trauma, what does that have to do with physical health?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so we all have trauma of some sort. You know, some of us grew up and you know really had a relatively unremarkable childhood and don't identify with having trauma, but we all have some type of trauma. It's trauma is anything you weren't emotionally ready to handle at the time. And but a lot of people have trauma from just simple neglect, where your bot your parents took care of you, they took you to the soccer games and they fed you, but they weren't emotionally attuned to you. And neglect can be just as harmful as abuse, as emotional abuse. Um, and so there's a lot of really compelling conventional medical research on this as well, where Kaiser Permanente did a study because you know they have to pay out a lot of money, they're an insurance company. So they wanted to find out what emotional trauma uh how what was that costing them? And so as far as you know, physical health issues, and so they did a study on 17,000 patients. Uh, I forget what period of time, but they tracked 10 different adverse childhood events. Um, and they call them ACEs, it's the ACES study. And they found that with these 10 uh ACEs, that people had 65% of their physical health issues were from this, these, you know, 10 different types of emotional trauma. And there's different people that have, you know, especially like pain syndromes and mystery illness and um just a lot of different symptoms that people have are actually just emotional trauma. And you know, every cancer, there's an emotional trauma component to it. This is uh studied in German New Medicine. And so he studied the this guy, um, he studied uh 60,000 cancer patients and did 400,000 CT scans and uh did you know, uh found out what emotional traumas they had, and he was able to map this all out. And so for many people that I know that treat cancer, they they address emotional trauma first. And and some of the cancer just disappear, um, just working on the emotional trauma, not all of them, but many of them. So that definitely has to be a component uh there. And so so what the a good thing to do is just to address your emotional trauma uh and so that you'll prevent a lot of health issues because it's a it's a big stressor on your body. And these emotional traumas are frequencies, and so there's no evidence of any traumas or stuff in our cells in our body physically. These are resonant frequencies that exist in our body's energy field and they they block our energy field. So they cause energetic blocks in our meridians, our chakras, just in the energy field in general, and then they interfere in physical functioning as a result of that. And depending on the type of emotional trauma, it'll affect a different organ or body part. Like, for instance, your kidneys, that's isolation. If you spend a lot of time isolated, you could have kidney problems. Um, there's um a lot of other ones I can't think of right now, but there's software, we have software for that. So you can do a scan, and like the E4L uh software is what I use. It used to be called NES Health, but now they changed the name to E4L. So they have a really nice scan that you can do that will tell you all the emotional trauma that you have. And then you can do a protocol to sending frequencies, fighting fire with fire, send frequencies to your body, just release those traumas. And I've been doing that for about 10 years, and it's it's totally life-changing. Like I have patients that just they just stopped drinking, they stopped smoking, they're not even trying. For me, I was bulimic for many years. And after like two months of doing this, it just there's just no more driving factor to do this type of compulsive behavior or addictions, you know, and so uh it just disappeared. And um, so they're just different, uh, it's it's really, really, really effective and so compelling. And, you know, there's some of the most famous researchers of uh emotional trauma, like um Vanderkock. Um, his yes, it's Van der Kock. So he researched trauma for like 40 years, and he said that yapping doesn't work, like talk therapy doesn't work for emotional trauma because so much of it is unconscious. We're not consciously aware of it. And that's why you need to do scans, like bioenergetic scans, to figure out what traumas that you have to be able to release them because you're just you're not consciously aware of them enough to talk about them. And so, yeah, so that's basically the the uh emotional trauma in a nutshell.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think it's so interesting, and we've talked about it a number of times. I always because I like to look at things in terms of like the body's processing power or just energy capacity, and it's like it's like, but you know, it's like if you don't process the emotions as they're coming in, like maybe like a typical guy, and it just they just they go somewhere. They don't just they they actually get stored like in the body. Like it's interesting. So it's like but if you don't have enough processing power, let's say you're exposed to a lot of toxic elements and you're in a moldy environment and you've got all this other stuff going on, and then you get the emotional stress, etc., it's like you have a limited ability to process things. So at that point, even the physical contaminants uh uh in your daily dose exposure might actually result in accumulation of like emotions because you can't process them, and vice versa. Like I think more vice versa is more so like if you're in a severe emotional, um, like emotional, like traumatizing state for like a multiple multiple years, uh like a very stressful period, that's taking up so much energy in your body's processing power that you have a reduced ability to detox. Your body doesn't so then it's like you end up with like like heavy metals, et cetera. So like when you end up with a chronic illness, it's like you have all these things. Like there's generally emotional trauma, there's you know, EMF sensitivity, there's heavy metals, like I call it the 5M spectrum, mold, metal, magnetic field, microbes, mental emotional stressor. It's like you end up with all of them, but it's like one of them was probably the actual root cause, and then the other ones were a result of the cause, right? So it's like you some and then we like sometimes just treat that the metals and we treat the other things because we're like, oh, that's that's our issue because I tested for it and it's positive. It's like that might actually just be there because of a deeper underlying issue. And it's so people are stuck, it's like they might have to go to that next level. And I think a lot of times it is that that emotional aspect. And it's like Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, and it's and that's where it's tricky because you're like, if talk therapy is not working, and if it's like they don't even know they're there, it's like, what do you do? So I think it's it's interesting. There's like the book, The Emotion Code, yeah, which I know a lot of people. I love his work. I love Johnny Nelson's work.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00And it's kind of like the same concept, like trying to identify basically them, like through like muscle testing and things like identifying these emotions and then releasing them. But the the technology, um I've I've been once again, like kind of going back and forth with like, do I want to use this tech for like years? I use it now. Like I've got uh ordered a quest for and I've you know, I've got multiple of these like bioenergetic tests, but originally my skepticism, this was uh like seven years ago, my skepticism was um I didn't want the device to be a complete substitute, like I didn't want it to do what I should be doing myself. So it's like I think there's maybe a temptation there where, like, for example, if I have bitterness and jealousy or unforgiveness, I can't just go take a flower essence or something for that and expect that to be 100% accurate. Because it's like if I know I have something to do, like I have to do it. Like I have to forgive that person, like and release it. Like I can't just rely solely, I can't like make it an excuse to not do what I have to do. But it's like I think it's that next step. It's like, okay, I've done what I can. And then it's like, okay, there's additional tools to help release anything else that I don't even know is there. That's the way I look at it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. And I pray also. Yeah. It's just pray to you know, that the nothing substitutes for that for sure. Absolutely. Um, you know, you can pray to release, release certain negative emotions and things like that. Um, but yeah, but I love Bradley Nelson's work. I think the emotion code, it's free to do. It's very, very simple, it's very organized where, you know, you can go through because we all have a lot of negative emotions that we need to release. So emotional trauma is maybe a different um kind of category of things, but you can go and release all of your negative emotions and just, you know, do pendulum testing or they call it um muscle testing. Um, and I use a pendulum myself, and you can just go through and kind of see what emotions are resonating for you that you need to release. And it's really very, very effective. It's very simple to do, you know, and software is an investment. Um, but uh we offer the E4L software, you can do it for like a hundred bucks a month. It's not, you know, it's not terribly expensive. And there's um, you know, energetic remedies you can buy to uh to release the emotional trauma. But I use their MyHealth device. That's the primary thing that I use for emotional trauma, is you know, doing a scan on the software and then seeing what frequencies I need to release that trauma. But you know, that's it's an investment. And but I know that it works because I've used it for 10 for over 10 years now. Um, and so it's just really helped me tremendously. But there's a lot of ways to skin that chicken. Um, you know, emotion code is a great, great place to start for sure.
SPEAKER_00And for people, just so they know what to expect, kind of like sometimes when these emotions come to the surface, like uh they're now back in the processing center. So like you're experiencing those actual emotions, right? So it's like some people like I I was I actually used, I didn't know they changed their name, but before they changed their name, this was probably nine years ago. I had uh experimented with NES and some of their um emotion-based frequency, like pre-made remedies, and they had their little the scan thing and everything. But I had um, you know, it was just a handful of my clients at the time. I had another little online coaching business that I was experimenting with, and at least one of them like woke up just having terrible nightmares.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And after using like, you know, the fear emotion and stuff, and she was just like, I'm done with this. But yeah, it is interesting.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, people get spooked because you know the that's the problem, is like you have to go through some level of being uncomfortable when you're detoxing or when you're working on emotional trauma, and a lot of frequency-based things. You're not reliving the trauma, but you know, it's coming up and out for release, and it's not, it doesn't feel so good. And so people are they're chickens, you know. You've got to just buck up and deal with it. It's coming up and out for release permanently, otherwise they're just gonna stay inside you.
SPEAKER_00I think it's screwing up. People understand that they're more okay with like some people just don't know what's happening, but if they understand what you just said, it's like, okay, it was hiding, now it's exposed and it's leaving, like it's just making a little noise on the way out. It's the same exact thing that happens with heavy metals and various toxicants. It's like they're toxic when they come in, the body tucks them away, they're a little bit causing less symptoms when they're tucked away, but then when they come out, they're causing more symptoms again. Because they're being exposed more to the cleanup crew of the body and the processing center. So, anyway, just for some people, like because even with Zocharge, a lot of people reach out and they're like, why am I having these emotional, like I'm like reliving or like experiencing some of these emotions from the past or or like having knee pain that I haven't had for 30 years, like all these things. It's like there's different layers of toxicity that are being peeled off. Not that Zoocharge is binding to the emotion or anything, but like just freeing up energy so then people can start releasing some of that other stuff. So it's it's a whole interesting world. And it's uh yeah, I'm glad we're talking about it. But but okay, so we'll finish off the conversation. We've got a few more minutes. Besides, okay, emotions are huge in terms of like healing, um, physical toxins we've talked about. Is there anything else that you think um is really, you know, really contributing to people's not being in optimal health today? And if so, what is there, what can we do about it?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, you know, I think uh one thing that's not really being addressed properly is like these hidden infections that people have, you know, and I think people live for many, many, many years going to different doctors and they can't figure out what's wrong with them. And um, you know, many people have Lyme and uh different Lyme-like infections like Babesia and Borelia and et cetera, and that they'll have fungal infections, they'll have uh different parasites they just get from eating food or sushi or things like that. And, you know, at some point your your immune system just becomes overwhelmed and heavy metals can interfere in your immune system functioning. Um, but at some point, people just kind of reach a tipping point where they have a stressor or they have something happen, and then they have, you know, you know, a herpes out uh outburst or uh they have uh Lyme symptoms or just something going on. So I think it and there's a a big you know problem with Epstein Bar as well. So I think it's great to have something like a spooky to be able to constantly scan for these things and kill them so that you know you're just kind of because we're all dealing with this stuff, you know, at some point or another. So it's so I think that's that's a a bigger thing in that a lot of people are dealing with. And when they go to their medical doctor and they present with these vague symptoms, subclinical symptoms, depression, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, whatever there's going on with them, they're just not, they're not typically um, or they don't even have tests for some of the parasites and infections that people have. Um, so it's it's much smarter, in my view, to do something like a spooky scan or you know, there's other software out there uh to find out what what you have and get rid of it before it causes all these symptoms, before you get chronic fatigue, before you're debilitated or have horrible symptoms or gain 50 or 100 pounds and whatever's uh whatever however your symptoms express. And so it's just like you're you're gonna have to deal with this at some point. So I I just uh urge people to you know look into things like spooky to rife or you know, other things that are very easy and simple and effective to do because you're gonna have to deal with this stuff at some point. Yeah, you just we all are.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. No, it's great. I mean, yeah, those are those are three pretty, pretty big things the emotional trauma, the physical toxicance, and then hidden infections. It's like we I I I I'm guilty, I'll admit it, of not talking about the hidden infections as much. And because I I've been so focused on kind of terrain theory and like when the body is, you know, at the proper cellular voltage and oxygenization and all this stuff, like the other thing can't exist. But at the same time, it's like it's just kind of hard to get there. And sometimes I think going in and kind of cleaning stuff up. It takes time to get there. It's like 'cause I had an experience just this last week with a family member who was traveling, and it's like you know, really stressful event. There was like some serious issues with the flight and like a multi-day delay and then like an overnight flight and all this stuff. And then, you know, she wakes up and then she's got All these, you know, got tested for, you know, all this stuff and then antibiotics. It's just bad. It's like it probably could have been avoided if she would have removed some of those uh pathogens before going on the flight because the stress was unavoidable in that situation. It's like the train was going to be weakened no matter what she did. But if she wouldn't have had those in there, they wouldn't have been replicating, they wouldn't have had the opportunity to thrive, and then she wouldn't have had to deal with the antibiotics and stuff. So this kind of changed my perspective just in the last week, like changed my sp perspective a little bit on it. And it's just like, but I do like like the I don't like the antibiotics, but I do like like what you're talking about is the specific resonant going and cleaning stuff up. It's kind of lower, it's like it's just getting rid of what we don't want, but it's not like hurting anything good. So it's kind of like you know, it seems like a good idea.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, and it's it's like anything, it takes work, you know. If you have an active infection, like a bladder infection or something, you've got to do it for an hour or two a day. It's there's no free lunch out there. You know, if you want to get to the point where you're you don't have to take antibiotics, you have to get uh very aggressive with it. You have the sea monster, there's five hour a day protocols that you have to do. So it's it's um, you know, the and it it's it kind of takes a minute to figure out how to set it up and use it. But there's they have lots of consultants to help you do that, especially if you're brain fog, you don't feel good, you're not computer savvy, and there's people that can help you with with the the tech stuff. But you know, my 80-year-old mother uses one. Yeah, you know, my brother uses one, he has a clinic in North Texas, and so we're like a spooky family. You know, we we love our spooky. Um, but if my 80-year-old mother can do it, you can do it too.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. It's awesome. There's some great it is, it is nice. I mean, there's more really toxicity than ever and all sorts of nefarious stuff going on with you know, people are kind of aware of, but there's also more technology than ever available to help combat some of this stuff. So that's kind of the good news, right? It's like there there really is some great stuff out there.
SPEAKER_01So uh Yeah, and I just don't I don't get the whole, you know, like the mainstream medical model. They're like let's blood test for this and let's do a scan and get the results like three weeks later. And um, you know, there's just like it's there's so much amazing technology that's not being used in mainstream medicine. Like it's just it's almost laughable. It's comical.
SPEAKER_00Um and it's hilarious if it wasn't so sad.
SPEAKER_01And it's criminal. It's criminal as well because it's just um purposely being hidden because you know, people don't, they're not gonna make money off a little machine, and then people they never never have to see you again because you're able to just treat yourself at home. Um, so yeah, you have to just look at who you're talking to. We need mainstream medicine, we need pain pills, you know, we need antibiotics, and you know, we need all these things. Um, and medic mainstream medicine is great at diagnosis, but not for infections and parasites typically. But um, you know, we need emergency medical care. But you know, you just have to look at who you're talking to when you go to your doctor. They don't know everything. There's not one person that knows everything. And so you can't look at them one person, all your answers for for health. I mean, that is that's not a wise thing to do. Um, so you you just have to look at the limitations of the person that you're working with and know that they just they don't, they're not gonna know everything and they're not gonna have all the answers. They're not gonna know about every protocol or natural thing you can do, or there's so uh there's so much. There's always something out there that you can do. There's always someone that's doing cutting-edge research or spend their whole life working on this specific device for your health issue. Uh, there's so many people you just have to seek out the answers and don't believe any limiting beliefs that anyone tells you like you have one year to live, or you know, there's no cure for this. That's all a bunch of nonsense. All of it. There's always something that you can do.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. Amen to that. So um, okay, we'll probably end it there. Let's talk. Let's we'll we'll end it with you talking about some of the stuff you have to offer. You've had a very successful career, you've provided just uh incredible amounts of information to probably millions of people, right? I mean, I would say millions of people over the last number of years. And um, yeah, why don't you tell people a little bit how can they um you know follow you? You I know you have the heavy metal test, talk about that. Um, maybe the heavy docus, anything you want to kind of shout out and you know, for people to further their education, kind of on their self-education and any resources you have to share with them.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so you can find me at MyersDox.com. Any spelling will get you there. And you can uh find me on social media, um, all the social media at Myers Detox. YouTube is Wendy Myers. And uh, if you want to take a quiz to kind of determine your relative level of heavy metal toxins, you can go to heavymetalsquiz.com and you'll get info about you know how to do testing. And there's a bunch of free videos that you can watch that'll answer a lot of your frequently asked questions when it comes to like toxins and testing and things like that. Um, but yeah, that and my I did a heavy docuseries. I don't have a URL to give you yet. I guess we don't have one. It used to be theheavymovie.com, but it's it's not working anymore. Um, but we're releasing it. We're gonna be doing like uh ads on social media. So stay tuned to uh to you know stay glued to your Instagram to see those ads. But it's uh it's a docuseries, like a 10-part docuseries I did talking about how toxins cause obesity, uh uh brain health issues, uh aging, um, hormone issues, diabetes, and really how heavy metals contribute to all of our chronic health diseases, like diabetes, the number one cause of diabetes is arsenic toxicity. Though one of the number one causes of heart attacks, it's 17% of fatal heart attacks is caused by lead toxicity. And I interviewed about 107 different doctors and experts on heavy metals and toxins on it. And unfortunately, I didn't know you at the time, I would have interviewed you. But uh yeah, but I just interviewed all these different people, and it's just really, really well done. But unfortunately, you can't watch it because I don't have a link, a link for you. But it but it will be available, it will be available. Yeah, in the in the you know, around Christmas. You can subscribe.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm sure they'll see see the ads. They can subscribe to your you you have a mailing list on MyersDTalks. Yeah, yeah. If you subscribe, yeah, you'll subscribe, you'll get it. So perfect. All right. No, that's good. I'm excited because I didn't I didn't catch it the first time around. I don't know how I didn't catch it. Usually I'm on top of these things, but uh yeah, I'm excited for this next time around to uh that'll keep me busy for a while with uh with all that. That's a lot.
SPEAKER_01It was a lot of work. It nearly killed me. That's a lot. I've had that's a lot of interviews. 107 interviews, yeah, it was a lot. But yeah, it was it's uh it's really well put together. It's really and very compelling, important information. So it's awesome. All right.
SPEAKER_00Well, this was this was great. I really appreciate you taking the time and uh appreciate everything that you've done just for the world with everything, you know, your education and and all this, these great recommendations. So keep up the uh keep up the great work and thanks for everything. Thanks for coming up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, thanks for having me.
